Graphic Era Hill University, Bhimtal Scholarships and Funding
Academic Scholarship:
- The Fee Structure at Graphic Era, clearly mentions the Academic Scholarships provided in all courses defined in various categories based on the merit of the candidate obtained in the qualifying examination considered for admission into that specific course.
- The Academic Scholarships provided in the Fee Structure has been defined for the entire course duration. The Scholarship bracket availed by the candidate at the time of admission is frozen for the entire duration of the course. - There is no change in the scholarship amount during the course, however the candidate will have to score a minimum aggregate of 70%, in order for the scholarship to be applied in each semester. For candidates who fail to score 70% or above in any of the semesters, the scholarship will not be applicable for that particular semester. If the candidate is able to score 70% or above in the subsequent semester(s), the scholarship will be reinstated.
- The fee structure clearly mentions the amount of the Academic Scholarship available to candidates or the entire course duration. This amount remains fixed for the entire course duration.
- There are a number of other scholarships/concessions that the candidates might be eligible for – please do not confuse this with the Academic Scholarship – the amounts for this are mentioned clearly under the head “Academic Scholarship” in the Fee Structures corresponding to all courses.
Fee Concession For Female Candidates (10% On Net Tuition Fee):
- An integral part of our Scholarship structure is the vision to empower females in various disciplines across the country, and as a part of this effort, Graphic Era has been running a special scholarship scheme for all Female Candidates in the University
- An additional 10% Scholarship is provided to all female candidates (across all courses) on the Net Tuition Fee. This Scholarship is termed additional, as it will be applicable to candidates regardless of whether they are availing Academic Scholarship or not.

Placements: Almost 80% of students generally get placed at the end of their college, but the package amount is not up to the mark. The highest package to date is 44 LPA, which was offered by Amazon in 2022 to 3 students, and the average would be 3 - 4 LPA. The internship opportunities are not provided by the college; one needs to explore off-campus opportunities for internships.
Placements: 80% of students were placed. The highest package is 600,000, and the lowest package is 300,000 in our course. Mostly average and nearby companies visit. Almost 90% of students got internships from the course and in the nearby companies. The top roles offered are as a pharmacist in a hospital or an employee in a pharmaceutical organization.
Placements: The college is good if we compare it with other private colleges. Around 60–70% of students get placed here. The highest package went for around 45 LPA here last year. The lowest was around 2.5 LPA and the average was around 4-5 LPA. Several companies, like Wipro and Infosys, came here. Students also get internships here; one of my seniors got an internship at Microsoft.
Placements: Preference is given to students passing with 50% of the marks in the 12th class with the science stream. The highest package is 500,000. The lowest package is 300,000. Only a local company is recruiting in this college. 90% of students are getting internships, and also it depends upon student choice. Pharmacist in industry is the top role offered.
Placements: Our college has good placements. I talked with many graduates who were passed out from this college. They told me that they got handsome packages from their jobs. Around 80% of students got placed in our college. They got internships. Companies like Google and Amazon visit the college.
Placements: Around 30 to 35 students from my course were placed last year in companies like TCS, Deloitte, and Accenture. The highest package offered was up to 12 LPA, while the average package was around 5 LPA. Major recruiting companies include Deloitte, TCS, and Amazon. For tech courses, the college does not provide internships.
