5/2 Graphic Era Hill University.
Placements: From this course, BCA approximately 50% of students can easily get placed with salary packages of 4 LPA to 18 LPA and more. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Infosys, etc. Approximately every student gets an internship from our course as it is technical. Top roles offered in our course are software engineer or web developer and many more.
Infrastructure: There are very great facilities and infrastructure available in our college for our course and department. There are proper computers available for each student in lab and proper Wi-Fi connection with proper air-conditioners in summer. Classrooms are also in very good range with comfortable seating and projector. And for students who want to play sports, there are proper arrangements and grounds for every sport.
Faculty: Our department has very good and qualified teachers with very much knowledge. They are very helpful to every student without any discrimination and they make students industry-ready, which is very good.
Other: I chose BCA because I like coding and I want to go into industry line. Currently, it is very trending and I just want to change some things in every coding class there should be a computer for every student to executive program while understanding them.

I am satisfied with my college curriculum, facilities, and good placements.
Placements: About 30-40 percent of students enroll in this particular course. The highest package achieved in our engineering course is about 80 lakhs per annum, and it was secured by a girl at Atlassian, which is an American company. The average package is 20 lakhs per annum, which is provided in the Bachelor's course. The minimum package is 6 lakhs per annum, which is provided in our Bachelor's course. Google, Microsoft, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, etc., are top recruiting companies for our Bachelor of Engineering and Computing department. About 50-60 percent of students got internships, and the companies include Myntra, Infosys, etc. Bachelor of Technology is the top-rolling course.
Infrastructure: The facilities provided are awesome, as they provide transport facilities to the students who are far from the college's destination. They provide good interior and exterior and big, vacuum-walled lecture theaters, and some of the classrooms are full of digital learning boards. Labs are well-structured. There are no hostels provided in our Graphic Era Haldwani campus, as they provide good facilities for our transportation, and all of them are good.
Faculty: The teachers are very supportive and helpful, as they are well-qualified and educated. They are knowledgeable and educated in their fields. Our faculty members provide a good curriculum, as they train us for our future work habits to stay focused and energetic in their working station. The difficulty level is medium. 90 percent is the passing criteria, as it is good for an average student.
Other: I chose this course because I want to be a part of the engineering field and stand in the IT sector, as they provide the best platform and placement chances to grab the opportunity. The syllabus should be compiled so that topics that are not required are not conducted. Event management is low in this case; there is low connectivity in our fests. There are a lot of extracurricular activities on our campus, such as Environment Day, Science Day exhibitions, etc.

Gud but need development in every sector
Placements: Only 10 placements in my course and 2 internships in whole college no such placement occurs in Haldwani campus companies like ease my trip , Accenture and all but not that much. And placement are only for few students. They need to develop there college.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good but very small campus it is clean and hygiene every thing is available but lack of internet signals nd very few classes have wifi others have to go outside for finding internet . And campus is too short to explore no playground is there and no activities room
Faculty: Course is tuff but a good course and teachers do not complete sllybs on time and for exams students have to do all pd the preparation on there own. Exams are being taken in June July some of the teachers speak out rudely to students they do not consider students value
Other: There is no crowd no big events in our college and girls are not allowed to wear even rugged jeans not even cut sleeves they are very strict in dress code but other universities has broad mind set as compare to our haldwani campus

Our college faculty members are supportive, with average placements, and infrastructure.
Placements: There are different scenarios for different courses. For BCA, placed students are around 10%-20%.For B.Tech, placed students are around 20%-25%, while others pursue Masters. The highest salary package is expected to be 83 LPA(this is not officially declared). Top recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro, Accenture, etc. Internship percentage is approximately 5%-10%. Top roles offered include Associate Software Developer.
Infrastructure: Our Haldwani campus is new among all Graphic Era universities. There are not many classrooms, and sometimes the timetable clashes with other courses, so we students have to move to other classes or lecture theatres (LTs) for their lectures. However, this issue will be fixed in the next 6 months or by 2025, as they are building a new building with many classrooms, LTs, and a large porch area for everything. Overall, infrastructure is good, and main highlight is that this campus is very quiet (unlike the other GEHU campuses in Bhimtal and Dehradun) because there are fewer students. There is no hostel facility yet.
Faculty: Faculty members are very helpful, and the teaching is good. This course (I am from BCA) is great for those who don't have a lot to spend on B.Tech's hefty fees. The only thing you have to focus on is goals and learn "what matters" in the industry because, in our overall curriculum, we learn more than 35 subjects. So, learn everything from the basics and make the foundation clear and strong. Semester exams are not very tough compared to B.Tech, as they have a higher level of examination. In BCA, we just have to learn what the teacher taught us in class, nothing comes outside of it.
Other: I chose this course because I didn’t want excessive academic pressure, as I already know that B.Tech is much harder than BCA. Some subjects in curriculum are outdated. No major events are held on our campus, for such events, students from our campus go to Graphic Era’s Bhimtal and Dehradun campuses.

B.A. (Hons.) in Economics - Batch of 2024

Overall, it was a good 3 years of experience in this college, and I made many good memories.
Placements: Only one company visited the campus for our Economics department and did not select any candidates. There are only 9 students in our batch. We had to find internships on our own. Some people worked as interns in NGOs. I interned in the finance department of Patanjali FMCG.
Infrastructure: Library can be rated as 8/10 and all the books that are necessary for our courses are available. Magazines and newspapers are regularly updated. But air conditions are not present in the library, so it is hot in the summer. Wi-Fi is available on the whole campus. Mostly all classrooms have projectors and air-conditioners. Mac lab and computer labs are nice. The Food in the canteen is nice and of wide variety. A stuck shop is present in the college. Nescafe's outlet is also available.
Faculty: Teachers in our course are very helpful and qualified. They always assist us in assignments and also in dissertation making. The course curriculum is similar to the curriculum of Delhi University. Semester exams are of medium difficulty. You can pass easily if you study for 1 week before the exams. The pass percentage is 32%.
Other: I chose this course, as I was preparing for UPSC and planned to choose economics as my optional subject. The fest in our college is excellent. Singers like Neha Kakkar, Badshah, etc., come every year. We can visit any campus of our college to attend events. Sports events are also held every year, for every sport.
