Our college faculty members are supportive, with average placements, and infrastructure.
Placements: There are different scenarios for different courses. For BCA, placed students are around 10%-20%.For B.Tech, placed students are around 20%-25%, while others pursue Masters. The highest salary package is expected to be 83 LPA(this is not officially declared). Top recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro, Accenture, etc. Internship percentage is approximately 5%-10%. Top roles offered include Associate Software Developer.
Infrastructure: Our Haldwani campus is new among all Graphic Era universities. There are not many classrooms, and sometimes the timetable clashes with other courses, so we students have to move to other classes or lecture theatres (LTs) for their lectures. However, this issue will be fixed in the next 6 months or by 2025, as they are building a new building with many classrooms, LTs, and a large porch area for everything. Overall, infrastructure is good, and main highlight is that this campus is very quiet (unlike the other GEHU campuses in Bhimtal and Dehradun) because there are fewer students. There is no hostel facility yet.
Faculty: Faculty members are very helpful, and the teaching is good. This course (I am from BCA) is great for those who don't have a lot to spend on B.Tech's hefty fees. The only thing you have to focus on is goals and learn "what matters" in the industry because, in our overall curriculum, we learn more than 35 subjects. So, learn everything from the basics and make the foundation clear and strong. Semester exams are not very tough compared to B.Tech, as they have a higher level of examination. In BCA, we just have to learn what the teacher taught us in class, nothing comes outside of it.
Other: I chose this course because I didn’t want excessive academic pressure, as I already know that B.Tech is much harder than BCA. Some subjects in curriculum are outdated. No major events are held on our campus, for such events, students from our campus go to Graphic Era’s Bhimtal and Dehradun campuses.

Review of GEHU, Haldwani.
Placements: Might be 80% to 85% of students get placement in our college. Our college often organizes training sessions and workshops to help us enhance our employability skills. Many of our senior students receive offers before graduation. Overall, it is a good choice to kickstart our career.
Infrastructure: Computer labs with modern software and hardware allow you to gain experience in programming and software development. A comprehensive library with a wide range of books is also available. Sports facilities and areas for extracurricular activities are also provided.
Faculty: Faculty are very helpful. Most of our teachers are holding advanced degrees and have significant experience in industry, which enriches the learning environment. Faculty members are encouraged to pursue professional development and attend workshops in our college.
Other: Overall college is good.

Review of Graphic Era Hill University, Haldwani.
Placements: The BCA (Bachelor's in Computer Application) program costs around 300,000 in total fees on our campus. The highest package offered in this course was 50 lakh per annum. Companies like Instagram recruited students, with roles offered including data analysts and photographers. The course duration is 3 years.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college's hostel is average, with half of the building still under construction. Wi-Fi is provided, but no one shares the password. Labs and classrooms are available, but the classrooms lack AC, making it uncomfortable in summer. The library is also available.
Faculty: Only a few teachers seem to be helpful, not all. Some are qualified, but others don't even communicate properly with students. The teaching quality is good, though the behavior of some teachers is arrogant. The curriculum is relevant due to its high demand in the market.
Other: I chose this course because it has high demand in the market, and in the future, there will be a rapid rise in recruitment for front-end developers, so this course is really helping me. The sports infrastructure could be improved, though events are held regularly.

Basic information about the college Graphic Era that makes life easier for students.
Placements: 70 percent of students have been placed. The average package offered is 3.5 Lacs.
Top recruiting companies are TCS and Deloitte.
50 percent of students got internships from our course, and most of them are in TCS and L&T.
Software development is the most offered role in our course.
Infrastructure: The college provides Wi-Fi all over the campus. They provide the best lab facilities with the best-generation devices. AC is available in every class and lab. The library provides every book related to the course in the college. The quality of food is also not so good in the college. The canteen food is so much oily and unfresh.
Faculty: Teacher are to helpful to the students. They were all the time ready to solve your doubts. The teachers are highly qualified professionals; the majority of them are Ph.D. The teaching quality is best. Yes, the college changes their syllabuses every year based on market or company demands. They are not very difficult; you can easily pass the semester exam only by taking classes regularly.
Other: Basically, I chose this course because I am so interested in coding. And there is a large scope in software development. I don't think that they should enhance anything; of course, everything is good.
Events such as fest celebrations happen in every festival, and festivals are also organized every year for the students. Campus crowd is too much. Scholarships like academics are based on your 12th and 10th percentages. You should also get a sports scholarship if you have any particular national certificate in any sport.

College is decent, but if you want to enjoy a mountain view, I would prefer Bhimtal campus.
Placements: Our batch consists of 250 students, and there are toppers in the class too. The highest package is around 20 LPA, and the lowest is around 3.2 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Accenture, Wipro, Myntra, DE Shaw, and many more. The roles offered in our courses are web developer and software developer.
Infrastructure: Haldwani campus is newly built, so it's still in the making process, but other campuses are awesome. The internet and Wi-Fi are decent, and the labs are awesome. We don't have a hostel option here as it is only for local students, and outsiders have to take rooms or PGs. Faculty are awesome and friendly.
Faculty: I have always been passionate about technology and problem-solving, which led me to choose Computer Science. The rapid growth of the tech industry and the endless opportunities it presents also influenced my decision. Additionally, the university's strong reputation in STEM fields was a significant factor.
Other: I chose the Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) program because of my passion for computers and technology. The course offers a deep dive into the world of software development, computer networks, and IT management, which aligns perfectly with my career aspirations in the tech industry.

Good infrastructure really corporating atmosphere. Placements were good in 2024.
Placements: Most of the student get placed in BCA in Graphic Era Hill University Haldwani campus. Top recruiting companies are Accenture, Google, Jungle works, Amazon. Top roles offered are data scientists, software engineer, consultant. Highest package was 50 LPA and lowest i dont remember
Infrastructure: Lab facilities are available. Classrooms are clean aur big enough. Library is good, contains good knowledge providing books, faculty is available everytime to help during class hours and after class hours too. Cafeteria is good too there are more than much facilities for students. Overall the campus is good
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, very well qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality was good. Course curriculum is relevant and make the students ready for industry. Semester are quite tough in the start when we dont know coding that well but after sometimes it is good.
Other: I chose this course because i want to learn coding. The best thing about this course is that it is interesting and fun. The campus is good. People are corporative here and friends and bonds can be made easily. There was a fest last month only here. Extracurricular activities like dance,sports, singing etc is available.
