GLS SMPIC a good Commerce College

Placements: Big companies like Bajaj, ICICI, HDFC, Axis, etc., have come to recruit. But the highest package offered is 2.4 LPA. The placement cell is not that great but can give you a decent job after passing from GLS SMPIC. My verdict is you should not rely on placement if you are considering it.

Infrastructure: The classroom and infrastructure of the college is good, it has air conditioning with lift. The parking is a concern but not a big deal. The locality is perfect, which is near CG Road, and the bus stand is also nearby. Hence, considering the college as per the infrastructure will also be good.

Faculty: The curriculum is B.Com relevant and the facilities are well qualified. The semester exams are not that difficult but can be said as moderate difficult. The exams are not that difficult, considering you are well prepared for it. The subjects are 100% related to the B.Com curriculum, and they are well taught as well. Placements: In our college, 35-45% of students were placed in my course. The highest package offered was 7 LPA. The lowest package offered in the college was 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies in the college were Bajaj Finance, Finastra, Hitachi, etc. Top roles offered were accountants, finance advisory, technical support, etc.

Placements: There is no campus placement provided by our college; we have to find our job to work. There is no placement facility for students from my college for the course of B.Com. There is no value in the market for this course, so there is no placement provided to us.

Infrastructure: The facilities provided to us are good; we can say that the canteen is good, and the library is also good for students, and for studying, there is a good environment for studying. At the library, we can issue any book by simply registering with the library professor, and then they provide it to us.

Faculty: Yes, the teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable; they are of helping nature; they solve our doubts in the classroom and outside the classroom; they are ready to help us; they are very humble. The semester exams are not that hard; there are 2 exams taken in one semester.

Other: I want to do some professional courses but with some extra degree, so I chose B.Com. This is the easiest or most basic course for all.
