No, it is not hard to get admission at Gujarat University. The university offer undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG), diploma, certificate and PhD courses to students in streams such as Arts, Commerce, Science, Education, Law and Medicine & Health Sciences. Admission is based on merit and entrance exams. The university accepts national entrance exams such as CAT, MAT, and others. Gujarat University MBA total tuition fee ranges between INR 40,000 and INR 1.6 Lacs as per an unofficial source. Candidates are required to pay course fee after the completion of selection rounds and counselling to confirm their seat in the university. Other than course fee, aspirants also need to pay a registration fee in the start of the admission process. The application fee for MBA course is INR 500. Candidates need to pay an admission fee of INR 350 for Gujarat University PGDM course. Candidates can pay fee via online payment modes.

Admissions at Gujarat University are based on entrance exam or aggregate in Class 12. The selection requirements varies course-wise. Check below the Gujarat University admission process:

1. Application Process 

The application process consists of first filling out the online application form from the University's official website and paying the application fee.

2. Selection Rounds 

Students have to check what the eligibility criteria is for the course they want. For eg., MBA and PhD course require candidates to appear for an entrance exam, such as CMAT, whereas for UG diploma, BA, and BDes course, students are only needed to pass the merit criteria which is a certain percent of marks in Class 12. 

3. Counselling & Admission Confirmation

Gujarat University admission to LLB course is based on merit in the last qualifying exam. Candidates who have completed graduation with at least 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for SC/ ST) can apply for Gujarat University LLB programme. The university will release a merit list announcing the names of the shortlisted aspirants. The selected candidates have to bring documents for verification. Aspirants need to confirm their seat by paying the course fee.
