Placements: There are lots of placements in our college. The main recruiter is Polycab Wires, Maxim Tubes, and many more. There are also a few small scale recruiters. However, the college provides off-campus placements. The college is going to have a tie-up with a new company so that students can take maximum advantage of that.

Placements: Placements are very good every year. This year, more than 90% of the students got placed. The highest package offered was 5 lacs per annum, the lowest package was 1.8 lacs per annum, and the average package offered was around 3 lacs per annum. Companies related to banking, insurance, marketing, HR consultancies, etc., offered placements. Placements: Since after graduation, students go for higher studies so they are not much keen on placements. Also for me, I was pursuing CA then so I was already occupied with lot of studies and my articleship too. So that was more or less getting industrial exposure therefore I was not very much keen on placements.

Placements: I didn't apply for placements as I was pursuing my CA. I don't know much about the placements, packages and the roles offered.

Placements: The college does not provide placements for graduate students. The B.Com programme does not have internships during the course. However, it does provide you with a chance to go for live projects during 3rd year. It provides industry exposure to students.

Placements: I cannot comment much on placements as I was pursuing other professional courses. Moreover, I did not participate in any placement drives over there. I did not bother to even read about it. However, I have heard from peers that it was decent. So, I would rate it 3 out of 5.

Placements: In the senior batch almost all students got placed. Around 10 students are not able to land a job because of their communication skills and poor language skills. Still the placement officer promised them that she'll get everyone a job they want and/or deserve. The MBA programme has 100% placement ratio and there is no debate in that. Placements: Placements in our college are not much good. However, the college is good for local students who know local languages and familiar with the localites. Most of the placements are related to bank and accounts as the college is specialised in the accounts department.

Placements: The college was not used to provide placements for the courses like bachelor of commerce, but from this academic year, they are inviting reputed organisations like State Bank of India, Mahindra and many others with the help of Gujarat government. The lowest salary package offered is 1.2 LPA. These placement opportunities are very helpful for students' careers.

Placements: The college doesn't provide placement opportunities for B.Com students. None of the students is placed. Others courses offered by Som-Lalit College of Commerce are BBA and MBA. Placements are offered for these courses where companies do hire students.

Placements: For placements, very few companies visited the campus, and the salary packages offered were too low. There was no placement cell for B.Com. If you opt for further studies, you can get a good salary package. There may be only a few colleges that provide placements for B.Com students.

Placements: Various pharmaceutical companies visit the college every year for placements of graduate students. The main firms that visit are Cipla, Zydus, Cadila, etc. Various reputed banks like Axis, HDFC, ICICI, etc., also visit for placements. The government also organises job fairs for desirable candidates every year, in which various firms take part and hire the eligible candidates from various streams.

Placements: To be quite honest, there is no effective placement cell for the literature students. But, our university teachers do recommend the students to other colleges and universities depending on the performance of the students. Students are recommended to the business management colleges where they have an opportunity to teach business communication with an hourly pay of Rs. 350 which I think is not bad for someone without experience in teaching. Placements: Placements in the college are good. You just have to keep an eye on what is going on and grab the opportunities when they are offered to you. Don't think about the package but rather see the job description before applying for it. Placements for our senior batch were good. Companies like HDFC Bank, ICICI Prudential, Capital First, Nestle, and Evosys, etc., have visited for placements.

Placements: This year has been extremely good for placements, and with the economic growth revival, it has been extremely encouraging. The support from the college regarding placements is very nice and helpful. I'm thankful to my college. My lasting memories with the college are very cherishing.

Placements: The college provides placements for various departments. Every year, 70-80 companies are visiting our college for recruitment. The visiting sectors include banks, financial companies, FMCG, etc. They provide salary packages ranging from 3-7 LPA. Normally, 70-80% of students get internships from the college, and the stipend depends on every company's process.

Placements: Our college provided us with good opportunities to get into big organisations. Companies like ICICI, TCS, etc., visited the campus for placements. The pay scale they offered was also good for a fresher. Different companies offered different roles like ICICI offered a position under customer relation management department. ICICI also offered sales related profiles. Some firms visited the college to hire students for roles in the accounting sector and others. Overall, the placements were good.

Placements: Last year, the placement percentage was 100%. Students were placed in pool campus drives, and some of the students visited the companies on their own to attend interviews. The average salary package offered was 3.5 LPA. Many students were offered pre-placement offers from the companies where they did their internships.

Placements: Almost 100% students of our senior batch got placed through college placements. Our placements are still going on. The highest package offered was around 7 LPA by Colgate company to our senior batch for marketing specialisation. Generally, the average package offered to the students of marketing specialisation was around 5 LPA, and for finance specialisation, the package was around 4 LPA.

Placements: We have seen our seniors getting placed in many MNCs, and we hope the same for our batch too. We also get a chance of working in all those MNCs during our internship. We get support from college if we go and invite other companies, which were not part our college recruiters list before.
