Placements: The placement is not good for my senior batch as well as my batch. The average package offered to the students was about Rs. 12000-15000 per month outside Assam which was not sufficient. Most companies which came to recruit were BPO companies. A few companies are good such as Wipro, Genpact, TNS etc but the offered salary was very disappointing. The training and placement cell is average here.

Assam Engineering College is the first engineering college of North-East India, established in the year 1955. Even though one may not find its name in any of the top 100 lists made by private surveys, it doesn’t really matter. This is one of the oldest colleges in North-east India with a great reputation. The students are of high calibre as they are chosen via the Combined Entrance Exam. The placement scenario is good as well. The college is situated in a serene environment near to Gauhati University. The CSE dept. has a capacity of 22 students with good overall facilities. Placements: About 78% students were placed in my course the highest 2lac Faridabad allice

Placements: The procedure students were placed in our courses variant and it is about 30% what about the highest and the lowest and average package it is about 50 thousand to 1 Lacs top recruitment companies are from the sector of industrial sector and education sector.

Placements: Only 50% of students in our college get placed. The average salary package for our course was 2 LPA. Rubixe was the company that offered internships to students from my college. Almost all students get internships in my college. The batch of 2023-2024 did not get any placements in this college.

Placements: To be fair, there isn't any actual placement offered by the college itself. But about almost 80% students took up B.A. as their course. There's not much recruitment to be expected from this course as people usually go for government exams straight after this course is finished.

Placements: Eighty percent and above of the students in my course were placed. The highest package offered is almost 50,000, while many top recruiting companies hire from our course. Sixty percent of students secured internships through our course.

Placements: 15 students per batch are placed in my course. Top roles offered are teachers and professors. Students can get an internship after qualifying net and slet exams after completion of your course. No recruiting companies come. After your Masters, you can also join research institutes to do research in your interested field.

Placements: About 30% students were placed from our college, The highest package offered was 3LPA and an average package was around 1.44LPA which was offered by Infosys. Companies like HCL, WIPRO, INFOSYS come here for internship and placements. Some common roles offered were programmer, data handing, etc.

Placements: Almost 50% students were placed. Almost all students got internship. I was highly satisfied with the campus, faculty members and the knowledge I got. My college offers many courses and co curriculum activities like football, cricket, crafting, seminar etc.

Placements: Choice Recruiting companies are Wipro, Tata steel HCL etc. , Courses offered are MBA, BBA M.Com and more. Many students secure jobs in reputed companies, although some feel that more industry connections can enhance the experience. Dislike That don't do this for BBA students but can go for campus placements as it one of the best colleges in the city.

Placements: Sixty percent of students were placed in my course. I have no idea about the highest, lowest, and average package offered in my course. One hundred percent of students got internships from my course, and I have no idea about the companies. The top roles offered in my course are in economic studies.

Placements: About 70% of the students gets placed here.The highest is about 12-15 lpa and lowest goes to 2.5 lpa.Placement is quite moderate.Top companies like OIL,IOCL,NRL comes for placement.You can also go for gate exams or APSC or UPSC or even as MBA.I recommend IE students to go for Gate as easy for them to score well and get a seat in good IIT

Placements: There is no Placements in here but smart students gets opportunity. The no of students get is not that high but most of the pass out of here got internship mostly Science depermentsss soo its like 20 out of 30 students who got internship if u r expecting placement this is not for you.
