Average but budget friendly.

Placements: Placements are below average in the college. Out of the 40 students in my course, only 5 students were placed, with the highest package going up to 5.69 lakhs per annum, which was given by an Edtech company. Talking about internships, no internships are offered in my course.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good, considering the city and the place at which it is located. Classrooms are good. The library is providing a good collection of books. No hostel is available in the college. The canteen has a good taste, I should say; the canteen food is good and tasty. The sports and games infrastructure is improving day by day in the college.

Faculty: Faculty members are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is great. The curriculum is quite relevant to making the students industry-ready. Semester exams are average, not very hard to crack. The passing percentage in the semester exams is 33.

Other: The college is affiliated to Sri Dev Suman Uttarakhand University (SDSUV).

Placements: As a medical student, we have a placement of 100% package, which depends on various hospitals, mostly Max and Indresh. Roles offered are junior physiotherapist and medical lab technology; we can also set up private clinical practices for increasing our capacity.

According to the fees charged for the year, the college and the infrastructure is satisfying.

Placements: No one gets a job or placement from then college, but the students can apply for jobs themselves. The average package offered in B.Com is around 25 to 30 thousand per month. The top role offered is that of accountant in any field from this course. There are 50% chances that you will get an internship.

Infrastructure: Hostel facility is not available. In my department, the infrastructure is good which had smart classes available for a few days when I took admission. A library is also available but nowadays it is under construction. A canteen is available but only fast food is provided there.

Faculty: The faculty in my department is very helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is also good but only 3 classes are held nowadays. The passing percentage is 33%. Semester exams are not difficult, internal exams are easy but the external exams are difficult.

Other: I chose this course because I am interested in accounts and the best thing about this course is that it teaches us how to do business.

Satisfied with the faculty, not with the placement system though.

Placements: We don't have too many students in our course, that is, B.Sc. Biotechnology. There are only 25-30 students enrolling every year, and we don't have placements in graduation in our department, so I don't have much knowledge about the recruiting companies, and we don't get internships from college. If you want to do an internship, it's your personal choice.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our course is good; it's not top-notch, but it's up to the mark according to the fee structure. We have been provided with Wi-Fi in the college; it doesn't work at some places but does at some places, so it's good. Labs are there, classrooms are clean, smart classes have been conducted from this year, you can connect to the library, the hostel is also good, a gym is there, mess food is okay, sports like badminton and volleyball can be played, and a library is there in the hostel.

Faculty: The faculty of our department are good. Some of the faculty members are really trying to teach us everything they've got. They do their best to teach you, tell you the best of knowledge. The course curriculum is relevant, it doesn't make students industry-ready though, and semester exams are up to the syllabus.

Other: I chose this course because we really do need biotechnology in future fields. Events are being conducted in the college, especially sports; athletic events are conducted. Connection to new people, new opportunities, you can also opt for extracurricular activities like NCC, NSS, DSWC, and other clubs.

Placements: The university offered a package of 6 lac/year to the highest-paid students, 2-3 lac/year to the lowest-paid students, and an average package of 5 lac/year. Placement rates depend on the skills of the students and are average for the university as a whole. Some courses have better placement rates than others. Top employers include Tech Mahindra and Cipla. Prestigious programs often lead to internships. The top roles offered depend on the branch of study. Tech offers software engineer, data scientist, and AI specialist positions; digital marketing offers content marketer, digital analyst, and digital marketing manager positions.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available for my course/department are very good. The 24/7 free Wi-Fi network, smart classrooms, and central library are available to all students. The library is open from 8 am to 8 pm and has a huge collection of books. The hostel facilities are also very good, especially for girls. The food in the mess is good, and the canteen offers a variety of food, including fast food and simple food. There is a hospital near the college, and 24/7 ambulance service is available for students. The college gym is available at a very affordable price. The hostel safety is also very good.

Faculty: The teachers are very supportive and helpful. They were generally well qualified and knowledgeable, and the teaching quality was very good. The curriculum was relevant in most cases and aligned with industry needs, but it may require additional self-learning for some fields. The exams were moderately difficult and focused on both concepts and memorization. A minimum passing percentage of 35% is required, but the actual pass percentage is typically high, around 80-90%, depending on the students.

Other: I chose this college because of my interest in technology, coding, and the career opportunities in the IT field. The best things about this college are the exposure to programming, the latest technologies, and excellent job prospects. However, there is room for improvement in providing more practical learning, industry exposure, and an updated curriculum. The campus crowd is diverse, competitive, and collaborative, and the mountains enhance the beauty of the campus.

Placements: There is an average placements rate is in our college. The college puts efforts into bringing companies but the students at RIT are unable to crack the interviews and therefore, stay unemployed. If you do well, you can get a good packages. If not, then you will get a package of around 3 LPA.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is not good at all. Very small campus having only three blocks. Campus is very small and there is one canteen having only limited items. Infrastructure is average. Labs are not good, my school’s labs were better than these computer labs. They are like a school’s computer lab.

Faculty: Faculty has many Ph.D. holders but they lack teaching experience. I guess the teachers come here for experience and then apply to schools. Not all the teachers are like this, some of them are really good, like the Dean is a very good teacher having knowledge of all the subjects.

Other: Mostly, the students are from Bihar, Nepal and Manipur only. Most of the students opt for the CSE department with the mechanical and civil department barely having 1 to 2 students.
