Placements: Placements are average if compared to the amount invested. The average salary package offered is around 6 LPA. The maximum salary package offered is 52 LPA by Tolaram, whose work location is Nigeria. Packages offered by the companies are below-market standards because the batch size is huge, whereas the college has the pressure to get everyone placed.
Placements: Placements were a mixed scenario. Placements were decent enough for some branches, and the salary package offered ranges between 9-15 LPA. Some students got placed with a low salary package of 5 LPA. One International package was also offered to the students this year.
Placements: Most of the times placements are provided, but only in the finance and marketing sectors. Profiles are not very good and neither the salary offered. Except for a few finance core, everything else is for sales profile which is not bad, but ain't justified as well. Scope of niche career paths is really less here.
Placements: Placements in the college for the batch 2017-2019 were good. Only 100 out of 1000 students were left unplaced. However, the college has extended their stay in the college from February till May. The highest salary package offered was 53 LPA, and it was offered by a Nigeria based company named Tolaram. The lowest salary package offered was 4.5 LPA. The average salary package offered for marketing students was 6-6.5 LPA. The roles for marketing students are offered in the digital, sales, market re...
Placements: Placements were good of our seniors. Good companies come to ICFAI for placements. Most of the students from our senior batches got on-campus placements and the recruiting companies are also really good. But the placements are neither satisfactory, nor convincing.
Placements: More than 80% of the students of the batch size of 700 got placed within two months. The highest international package offered was 24 LPA, and the highest domestic package offered was 16 LPA. The average salary offered was 6.5 LPA. Companies like DE Shaw, JP Morgan, Maruti Suzuki, Samsung, Deloitte, etc., were a few of the big finance and marketing companies that visited our college to offer placements. There was a placement cell in our college. The interview process can be made better.
Placements: Placements in our college are not much good. Only startups and local companies visit the campus to conduct placement drives. The companies that visit the campus do offer only low packages though. The average salary package offered is in between 2 to 3 LPA. For my batch, the highest salary package offered till date is 4 LPA.
Placements: Placements in the college are not that good. The college is conducting placement drives that are not relevant to the domain. Marketing companies like Byju's are visiting for the placements of CSE students. If anyone prefers to go for higher studies can come and join this college. But people who genuinely want placements, my suggestion is not to choose this college. Last year, the highest salary package offered was around 14 LPA. But students who got placements had left the company. The placement...
Placements: Placements in our college are okay, and as the strength is more, it's a bit tough to get placements. But a majority of students get placed before the term ends. The college tries for 100 per cent placements, but it's difficult for the college to fulfil. You will have to be unique to get a good package.
Placements: The college has more than 1200 students. The average salary offered is around 7 LPA. The placements will be held from October to March. Companies from all profiles come to the college, but they mainly comprise of sales related profiles for marketing, and other secondary profiles for finance. Human resources profile is for payroll management and other general HR management trainees.
Placements: Placements in our university are good. There is a placement cell for all B.Tech department students. Maximum students take part in the campus placements. The college provides good placements for MBA students and also for the law department students.
Placements: There are no placements for BBA in IBS, Hyderabad. It's a waste joining in this college if you want placements. In my batch, there were 300 students and 0 got placed. It's only a good place to chill. Studies are fine, but companies for BBA are zero. They get companies only for MBA.
Placements: The placements for finance are good, marketing students have got the entry-level jobs and are not that great. If you are looking for a return on ROI, this is not the place that you should look for. HR does not have great placement scenario as well, so do not expect it to be great.
Placements: Placements in our college are average. The average salary package offered was up to 6 LPA. RoI is not that good. Very few companies visited our college for campus placements with good profile. Sales profiles would have a higher preference and rest start-up companies visited the college for the placement. Overall, there are average placements.
Placements: Regarding placements, in the last batch (2014-2018), out of 110 total students, only 27 were placed. The college was even unable to bring companies, and the placements of the previous batch were okay, and in our batch, there were around 220 students, and we should see what will happen.
Placements: For our senior batch (2014-2016), the placement was really good. Almost 95 percent of the students were placed successfully. Around 130 companies had come for our recruitment. For my batch (2015-2017) the placements were not up to the mark. The initial inflow of companies was really good. Later on, the frequency in which companies came in got reducing gradually.
Placements: The placements as advertised are not 100%. If you look beyond their bold claims of maximum and average packages, the actual package offered to fluctuate between 5 to 6.5 LPA CTC. The roles offered are meant for graduates and not for postgraduate managerial positions. Overall, 20 students out of 1100 got placed. The people with the work experience can score packages of around 9-10 LPA.
Placements: The average package is 6 lacs. The placements at IBS are quite good but the only negative thing is the batch size, there are around 1200 students in one year or 2500 1st and 2nd year put together. HR placements are below expectations. This college follows case study learning. 80% of the total students get placements. Mostly banks and insurance companies come for placements where sales is all what you have to do and after spending 16 lakhs and you don’t want to do that. A big no to operations fro...
Placements: Placements in our college were not up to the mark, and ROI (return on investment) is very low. The average salary package offered in our college is around 6 LPA. Mostly marketing-centric although college is under ICAI still good finance profiles are not offered to students. Placements are neither bad nor worst, and it is up to students at last.
Some lecturers teach in Hindi in this premium college. Case base study is good. The college is far from the city but the campus is nice. I found Hindi speaking lecturers being partial against non-Hindi students like me. Also, pure drinking water should be supplied in the hostels.
