Q:   How can I get admission in ICFAI University?

A: 

Admission at IFHE Hyderabad admission is both merit and entrance-based. The steps involved in the ICFAI Hyderabad admission process are explained below:

STEP 1: ICFAI Hyderabad Application Process 2024

Eligible students can visit the IFHE Hyderabad official website to apply.

STEP 2: Entrance Test

For MBA course admission, candidates need to have a valid score of IBSAT, for BTech through ATIT, etc. The deemed-to-be-university also accepts national-level exams such as CAT, NMAT, etc. Additionally, admission to some of the programmes is merit-based.

STEP 3: Selection Rounds

For MBA admission, selected candidates have to participate in Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds as well. In addition, for some courses, admissions can be directly granted after entrance exam.

STEP 4: Admission Confirmation

Candidates selected after all the admission rounds can confirm their seats by paying the required amount of fees.

ICFAI University Hyderabad Review.
Placements: The placements in my college is good as I’ve seen multiple people and close connections get selected in multiple companies. The highest package was 36 Lacs per annum, and the average package was around 4 Lacs per annum. The top role for someone in my course would be a data analyst or a data scientist.
Infrastructure: The facilities of ICFAI University is top notch with a huge campus of around 99 acres with multiple libraries and auditoriums. Every sport facility is available to use at any given time, and the state of the art classrooms. The mess and the canteen are very clean and offer very hygienic food. As for the students living in the hostel, it’s a very clean place with proper rules implemented so that everything flows smoothly.
Faculty: The faculty for my course so far has been amazing as I’ve learned so much from them. Every faculty member specializes in their field and explains the subject with such interest that every student can understand with ease. The course curriculum is relevant as it is a mixture of soft skills and hard skills to prepare us for the real world and professional setting. The semester exams are moderately difficult, and most students manage to pass.
Other: I chose B.Sc. Data Analytics as it’s one thing I was always interested in, and as the tech block in ICFAI University came up with this course newly, I had to choose it. It has definitely been worth it as there’s so much to learn and I’ve already learned a lot. One thing I wish they improved was the labs and the way the systems in the lab are used, as sometimes it’s extremely hard to use those computers as it crashes very often.

Overall the campus is good but the security rules and regulations are a bit over.
Placements: Total student accommodation on campus is almost 12,00. From that, almost 900 students get placed in every batch with an average salary package of 10 LPA. The highest salary package offered is about 15 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 4 LPA. Top recruiters include JPMC, KPMJ, Deloitte, etc.
Infrastructure: Classroom infrastructure and hostel facilities are good. Students can access single room or twin sharing according to their preference. Classroom and hostel infact the whole campus is provided with free Wi-Fi. Also include IT labs library etc. Mess food is not that appreciable but canteens provide good food.
Faculty: Academics has provided with the best faculty members and a well-managed and planned curriculum. The campus strictly follows the curriculum. Faculty members are very nice, especially marketing ones. There are some who are not that much appreciable. Examination grading is provided as it gives the most importance to internal marks.
Other: Campus celebrates different festivals that are celebrated in India. Clubs are very active in conducting events. The campus conducts inter-college competitions and events.

The placements for B.A. economics in ICFAI university Hyderabad .
Placements: I joined here expecting placements, but they told me there are no placements. People who expect placements should not get into this college. Even Dean Sir said that placements are low and companies have not been coming for the past two years because people are not willing to take placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and hostel are good. Here, there is a canteen, massage facilities, Wi-Fi, and good games. You will also get Wi-Fi access. There is a gym and a swimming pool. It's a 100-acre university and follows a more American model. There is no good clothing, and even boys and girls talk to each other. The culture is fast-paced.
Faculty: Here, teachers are M.A. or Ph.D. holders, and the teaching quality is good. This course is for students who want to pursue competitive exams or higher studies. The pass percentage is 45%, and you should have 75% attendance. You have Test 1 and Test 2 in every semester.
Other: They will give the merit base scholarship from 2nd semester.

ICFAI Business School from a student's perspective.
Placements: Coming to the placements, around 70 percent of students get placed in a batch. The average CTC is 5 LPA. The lowest is 2.5 LPA and the highest is 12 LPA. Many well-recognized companies like Amazon, Zomato, Bank Of America, etc., come for the placement drive every year. This course best suits managerial roles.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available around the campus all day. Computer labs for students' use. And a very big library that has many books related to many topics. The facilities in the hostels are moderate, as it is an old construction, but there is new construction going on for hostels.
Faculty: The faculty are very experienced and friendly towards the students. They combine theory with real-life examples that improve the understanding of the subject. The curriculum is on point and very helpful in dealing with real-life business problems.
Other: The value of the course is increasing, and the BBA course at IBS helps understand the business process. Increasing the number of guest lectures can be helpful.

Review to be read before joining IFHE University.
Placements: 60 percent of students were placed approximately. The highest package is somewhere close to 20 LPA, the lowest is 2 LPA, and the average is 4 LPA. Deloitte is the top recruiting company. 100 percent of students get into internships, and also, data analyst is the top role offered in my course.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is pretty good; classrooms have digital boards, Wi-Fi is everywhere on the campus, which is 99 acres, except the grounds; the quality of facilities is really good; the food at the canteen is really nice; and there is a cool gym and a good amount of sports areas.
Faculty: The faculty is really nice here and friendly. The explanation is really good too, as they're all doctorates. Semester exams are not so hard or very easy; they're in the middle. If you pay attention in the classes, then it'll be easy to attempt questions in the exam easily.
Other: I chose this course as it is very hyped up recently; events at this university are kind of less compared to other universities.

Placements: The placements offered here are good compared to other collages that sell bba. The internships are pretty good. The companies which come to this collage are well known. The roles are depended on the specialisation that is preferred by the student while choosing the course.
Infrastructure: Very good infrastructure and well maintained. The food in the hostel is manageable. The classrooms are digitalized with projectors and led screens. The collage provides good speed wifi. The library is huge and the collage also provides books digitally.
Faculty: Teachers here are pretty experienced and teaches very well. We can acquire great knowledge.The curriculum is apt for the students and it is updated very well. Few lecturers here also support us if we show intrest in the subject. The pass percentage of the collage is very high.
