Placements: Good placement support in most of the courses. However, few placement opportunities are present in some courses like mine, i.e., home science. However, still, 15% of people got placed, with the highest package being INR 4 LPA and the lowest being INR 2 LPA. Top recruiters were health clubs, Indian agricultural research institutes, etc.
Placements: Very proactive placement process iss followed by the placement cell. Both students and authorities are involved in the processes and big companies come in the drive on the request of our faculty members. 60% people got placed in my batch at that time.
Placements: The placement cell at IIS is very active and involves the coordination of both teachers and students in providing the best possible education to the students. My batch way back in 2021 saw 60% placements with its help. The highest package grabbed was INR 20 LPA, and the average package was INR 4 LPA.
Placements: Great placement opportunities offered by placement cell of college. They invite big institutions for placement drive. During my time 60 or 70% of our batch got placed majorly in research institutes. Some got jobs in national park and wildlife sanctuatries as well.
Placements: Almost 70% of students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered was 20 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 2 LPA. The average salary package offered was 5 LPA. Internships were offered in this course.
Placements: Almost 60% of students got placed in this course. The placement cell was active. The highest salary package offered was 15 LPA. The average salary package offered was 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Raymond, Reliance Textile, Fab India, and Shopper stop.
Placements: The placement cell was active for internships and job opportunities. Almost 70% of students got placed in this course. Top roles offered were research analyst, wildlife conservist, botanist, plant cultivator, wildlife rehabilitator, etc. The average salary package offered was 5 LPA.
Placements: The placement process was smooth. The placement cell was active. Few students also opted for higher studies. Internships were offered in this course. Regular workshops were conducted in this college. The maximum salary package offered was 20 LPA. The average salary package offered ranges between 4 LPA - 5 LPA.
Placements: Many students got placed in this course. Top roles offered were botanist, flora analyst, wildlife educator, research associate, animal behaviorist, nursery curator, scientific data analyst, etc. Top recruiters were research institutions, Dr. Reddy's Labs, Pfizer, Ranthambore National Park, etc. Summer internships were also offered in this course.
Placements: Placements were very good. One could work as an ecologist, taxonomist, cytologist, forester, plant biochemist, etc. The average salary package offered was 5 LPA. Almost 40% of students got placed in this course. The authorities supported us in the placement process.
Placements: It's good for all the courses at my college. Talking about my course, people generally choose to start their own ventures, but there are still some recruiters like Genpact, Pantaloon, Decathlon, etc. who came at our time. The average package was INR 4 LPA in my batch.
Placements: A good placement process offers various roles in various organizations. I got placed in an environmental consulting firm with a package of INR 5 LPA. A total of 60% of the people in my batch got placed in various organizations like Hul, Zydus, Cipla, Trident, etc. with an average package of INR 4 LPA.
Placements: I don't find the placement good. This college is known to offer the best infrastructure and multiple activities. It's not equally good for all courses. Particularly for my course, there were only 2 people who got placed, and the recruiters were also mostly from non-governmental organizations.
Placements: During our time, most of the students either opted for further studies or went on to work for themselves. The placement ratio for my batch was average but good in other departments, especially technical ones. Internships and workshops, however, were organized quite often.
Placements: The placement cell is active in providing students with career exposure by bringing in various internship opportunities. For fashion design, many workshops are organized on a monthly basis, and tie-ups with fashion influencers on Instagram are also made. Live sessions are organized with them.
Placements: The placement process is good for many other courses. But for my course, i.e., M.Sc. in home science, the placements are not very good; during my batch, only 30% of people got placed. The median package offered was also INR 2.5 LPA, and many recruiters were from NGOs.
Placements: The placement cell helped many gain hands-on experience in many botany fields by not only offering placements but also internships from time to time. I myself got placed in a research institute, and a total of 60% of my batch got placed. Many others opted for higher studies.
