Our college is good because of placement, good training, experienced captains, etc.

Placements: In our college, approximately 85% of students were placed and approximately all of them are placed in one of the companies. The company took cadets for training, so they gave them packages every month as a cadetship. Many students got internships at TORM, THOME, VSHIP, MOL, and CHEVRON.

Our college is good with good experience.

Placements: Although placements in this field are getting scarcer year by year, the college is working well towards providing placement opportunities for all students from the 4th semester onwards and after completion of the course too. Top recruiting companies like NYK, MOL, Anglo-Eastern, Thome, FML, etc., visited our campus.

This college is very good if students are not financially stable.

Placements: It is one of the best and first-ever maritime colleges in India, but the placements scenarios are not that good. This college has increased the batch strength.

Our college is good and will improve in the future, and I still hope it will not worsen.

Placements: About 95% of the students will get placed till the following year. Companies like FML, MOL, NYK, Synergy Shipping, Dockendale, Exmar, and many more visit our college. On average, if the student is good or at least average in studies and has no AT and KT, and if they have good orating and communication skills, they can get placed.

One of the maritime colleges in India, maintaining its legacy from years.

Placements: About 60 to 65% of cadets got placed in different shipping companies like FML, NYK, Seaarland, MOL, etc. last year. Placements in the college are not that good in comparison to different private colleges. Salary packages offered by companies are different from company to company. The stipend offered in cadetship is about 400$ to 600$. The campus comprises of a placement cell. Most of the cadets are placed in FML which is one of the mass recruiters of this college.

Infrastructure is good, but the management and administration are the worst.

Placements: Placements in the college are not good. There was a time when Chanakya campus students got 100% placement, but nowadays things are changed because of insanely increasing private training institutes in India. The director of T.S.Chanakya J. K Dhar is a big reason for the bad placement condition of T.S.Chanakya.

Prestigious College, beautiful campus, great teachers, average placeme and healthy environment.

Placements: Government colleges are struggling to maintain their placement record these days. In our college, our seniors placement record was 45% while from our batch about 60% were placed. Companies such as NYK, FML, MOL, PIL visited our campus. The highest salary offered was 800$ per month while the lowest was 400$. The situation there is improving these days. The placement cell has started taking matters in their hands. I hope a better future for this institution.

TS Chanakya, the tradition.

Placements: Placements are a bit down these days but mostly expected to rise in a few years down the lane. The recession which is prevalent in the merchant industry has definitely affected the placements, and now seem to improve with a concentrated effort in the right direction.

The college is built on disciplines, and the same is about this college. TS Chanakya is the first.

Placements: The placements are quite good. You don't have to worry about being number one, number two, three, but your communication skills may decide your future. The average placement of TS Chanakya is 60 percent. Fourth semester onwards, placement starts as the fourth semester is the most important. At last, if you are good enough then no one can stop you.

This campus is only meant for the candidates who have an intention about achieving something.

Placements: Placement for diploma course were good at my academic year. M.Sc. FLEET companies regularly take students from the institute if you cleare the exams without backlogs. If you are talented enough, then you will have a chance. Atleast 3 to 5 companies visit every year for the candidates.
