Great college to start your career in merchant navy.

Placements: Approximately 96% of students get placed every year. There is nothing like the highest or lowest package, but approximately 600 stipend is offered by most companies. Pacific Basin is the mass recruiter. Almost every cadet gets placements in companies like MOL, NYK, SYNERGY, PB, etc.

Review of IMU Navi Campus, TS Chanakya.

Placements: Well Placement is good and above 90%. The package depends on a lot of things. Companies like Pacific Basin, NYK, DynoCams, etc. come for placement. Salary depends on the company and your skills. Placement starts in the second year of your course.

Best institute for BSc Nautical Science with a good college life & the highest return on investment.

Placements: TS Chanakya is known for its legacy, and the placement rate here is about 95 percent. Note: 5% are those who have not cleared their semester exams. Even if you pass all exams with no disciplinary action, you will get into top companies in the maritime world. Companies that come here for recruiting include Chevron, NYK, MOL, Dynacom, Home, Torm, Pacific Basin, East away, Feet, Anglo Eastern, M.Sc. MSI, Maersk, and Wallem, among many more. Very good placement record. You will definitely get placed by the end of your course.

Placements: Placement on our campus is almost 100%. All my seniors got placed with big shipping companies. Many companies visit our campus for placement, like Chevron, Pasific Basin, NYK, MOL, FML, K Lies, Anglo Eastern, MSI, Wilhelmsen Ship Management, Transworld, M.Sc. and BW only for GCs.

It is a training institute that trains us to join merchant ships.

Placements: In our college, almost all students are placed. The salary offered is Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 100000 per month. Top recruiting companies like Synergy, Home, NYK, Maersk Line, MOL, etc., visit our campus. Almost 95% of students are placed. The top role offered is deck cadet.

Satisfied with the campus because of good campus placement and very green environment in campus.

Placements: At the IMU Navi Mumbai campus, 60 to 70% of students were placed. It has a dedicated placement cell that helps students get placed. The highest package for a student as a deck cadet is $800, and it gets higher as the rank increases. M.Sc. Synergy, Chevron, Nyk, and Fleet Management are among the top companies that visit campus.

Placements are very good till now.

Placements: The placements are good enough. Maximum cadets got placed from college, and the rest got placed on their own. Many companies like Chevron, FML, Torm, MSI, Synergy and many others come here every year.

Placements: In the previous batch, the placement was 80% and all the companies were big shipping companies. The top recruiting companies were FML, NYK, MOL, M.Sc. Synergy, Chevron, and Home. The package varies from company to company and ship to ship. The cadets are recruited as deck cadets.

The experiences and fun of being in this college is worth it.

Placements: Every year, the college takes in about 160 to 190 cadets for B.Sc. nautical science course. The placement percentage is nearly 80 to 85%. The packages vary from 2 Lacs per voyage to 5 Lacs per voyage, depending upon the type of vessel you take. Top recruiters include Chevron, Fleet Management Ltd., MOL, M.Sc. NYK, Synergy and others. The top roles provided are as deck cadets from gas carriers to container ships and bulk carriers too.

I completed my course in 2020, and now I am sailing in Scorpio as a deck cadet.

Placements: About 80%-90% of the students get placements from our course. Mostly, companies which visit here are very high level, which offers a salary of around 500$ for basic deck cadet. Companies that visit college are Scorpio, Fleet Management and many more. Mostly, they select cadets from the college only. The course is short and best.

Satisfied because of good placements in 2020 and well-experienced faculty members.

Placements: The placements are not quite good, but for the year of 2020, it was much better than the past few years. Companies like Fleet Management Limited, NYK, Mitsui Osk Lines, Group, Hunter Shipping, AngloEastern Shipping Company, BSM, Synergy Group, Dock n Dale, and Lorel Shipping selected many candidates from the batch of 2020. The placement record of batch 2020 was 90%, and for the year 2021 pass-outs, it is going well.

It is a great college, with the best faculty members and a good on-campus placement record.

Placements: I was in batch 2017-2020 pursuing B.Sc. nautical science. From our batch, almost 90% of the students got placed in various international shipping companies. Fleet Management limited recruited the highest number of students. GMDSS, STCW, and various modular courses are offered.

It is quite a great college, with great infrastructure and placements.

Placements: The placement rate of the 2020 passed out batch was more than 85%. Packages depend on the company and which ship you are assigned. FML, Synergy, Anglo, Chevron, MOL, NYK, Home, etc., companies came here. 85% of students got internships in the above-mentioned companies as well as BSM, Shell etc. The top role is the captain, and after that, you can become the extra master.

There were good placements in 2019-2020, a really huge area and enjoyable college life.

Placements: As far as the placements are concerned, you don't need to worry about the fact that the institute might not help, which is the case with most government colleges. Although placements are not guaranteed here, the director sir has a prime concern that every eligible student gets a chance to attend placement interviews.
