Decent college which provides a good platform.

Placements: Decent placements in general but less Electronics and communications associated job opportunities. A lot of good companies with good packages come but mainly for CSE and IT profiles. Internship opportunities are extremely low, only about 15-25 people got internship via college.

Mystery of IGDTUW unmasked.

Placements: The placement stats at campus is quite good. Many tech Giants visit the campus and placement drive continues for the entire year. The placements and achievements of our Mechanical and Automation are also worth while. The placements here are growing year by year. Many students this year have got multiple job offers. The package ranges between 4L to 30L.

I love the college. Great faculty, amazing placements, and infrastructure is okay.

Placements: Our college provides amazing placements. I don't know much about this year, but our college is well known for its placements. The highest package offered last year was by Amazon and seniors seemed really happy. We are hoping for the best from the TnP cell. The internships are really good too.

On an average the college is good. MCA BATCH 2012-2015.

Placements: Placements are 100% with mass recruiter companies. A lot of opportunities are there for the B.Tech students. MCA placements are not as good as B.Tech placements. But you can easily get placed with an average package. The placement coordinator is very good and takes care of all the student placements personally.

A review about department of architecture, IGDTUW.

Placements: As you might know, there is no such thing as placement in Architecture. You just get introduced to various firms/architects and then you need to apply for the job yourself. This is the same rule followed in every architecture college. Our faculty introduces us to various architects from the first year itself which helps us decide our internships for the fourth year.

Overall good placements and great college culture.

Placements: For a batch of 300 students, around 50-55 companies in technical field visited the campus. There is a great placement scope for CSE and IT. Around 90% of CSE 2018 passing out batch is placed. There is a great scope for ECE and MAE too as they are eligible for their core companies as well as IT companies too. However, non-tech companies are not preferred for recruitment process in IGDTUW. Companies such as Intuit, Amazon, Microsoft, Linkedin, Cisco, Oracle, Adobe, etc. Hire for the roles of devel...

100% placements, good infrastructure, good location and campus life is enjoyable.

Placements: The placements were very good for my senior batch. 100% placements are available. The highest salary was 27 LPA, the lowest was 5 LPA. Amazon, Flipkart, LinkedIn, TATA, Honda, GM etc. Students were offered varied roles. Around 60% of the students were offered internships. The average stipend is 1500 US dollars. There is a placement cell, it is quite useful, and it helps to make us aware of the opportunities.

The college had a bad infrastructure and no official canteen, but placements and societies are good.

Placements: Our placements in college are good from IP colleges and a private one. The companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Intuit, GE, Infoedge, Macquarie, Oracle, and Dell visit the campus for the placement. Till now, about 70 percent of the students are placed. The roles offered to the students are mainly software developer for our branch. The highest salary offered is 27 LPA, and the lowest is 3 LPA till now. The percentage of students getting an internship is low. Only about 10-15 people get an internship...

Not much satisfied with the infrastructure.

Placements: The placements are good. But as MCA is considered, it is equivalent to B.Tech. B.Tech people get more advantage than MCA, but still, the percentage of placement is 100%. Many people get good opportunities. The highest salary is approximately 14 LPA. And many renowned companies visit our campus like Microsoft, Amazon etc.

Top notch names like Microsoft, Amazon, Intuit, Expedia, Oracle, SAP, Cisco and Adobe visit our campus and offer great roles of SDE, QA, analyst etc., and the packages, reaching Rs. 25+ LPA. Best college for female engineers looking out to get a hostile and helpful environment.

Placements: Talking about the placement, all the students get pretty good opportunities so much so that 90% of the students get at least one placement offer from campus. The tech giants like Amazon, Microsoft, Intuit, Oracle, SAP labs and much more have been visiting our campus for a long time now. Mass recruiters like TCS, Accenture visit the campus too. The highest package offered so far was by Linked in for around 30lacs, and the average package is 12lacs for our campus. The companies recruit for Softwa...

Absolutely amazing placements, teachers, curriculum and the cultural fest. Quite bad infrastructure.

Placements: We have quite many companies visiting our campus for internships as well as placements. The major companies are technical only. Amazon, Microsoft, Intuit are the top amongst them. Amazon offers the highest package that is 27 lacs per annum. Most of them conduct three rounds for the same. There’s a training and placement cell too which is quite useful.

It is about my college and the time I had during my MCA course completion.

Placements: I had a great experience in IGDTUW and many companies visit for placements, and the enthusiasm among students for the same was great. I had a great experience amongst the pool placements and dream companies exam. Being from the MCA course, it was tough for the class to get a job, but there were so many opportunities aligned in front of us. The best part was the exposure one gets while sitting in an interview for such tests as they check ones analytical, educational and leadership qualities as we...
