Candidate must have studied Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects with individual pass marks ( both in theory and practical whenever applicable) with above mentioned marks in all the three subjects in regular mode from any recognised board/council. Candidate must have secured minimum mentioned marks in Mathematics as well and at least pass marks in English with a minimum of 30% (for all the category candidates).

Something about Jadavpur University.

Placements: We all know the placement rate of Jadavpur University; it's above 95% in B.Tech branches. In the department of pharmaceutical technology, approximately 90% of students are placed in many medicine companies; you can also join the IT sector. In B.Pharma, the highest package offered last year was 13 LPA, and the lowest was 3.5 LPA. In other branches of B.Tech, they offer many kinds of internships but in B. Pharma, we get direct jobs.

Infrastructure: In our batch, we have 65 students. We talk about the infrastructure; here, we have enough infrastructure to spend our 4 years like that. Wi-Fi, a library, an e-library and many other things are there. We have four canteens on our campus and a playground; the hostel facilities are there. The food quality is also good in our hostels.

Faculty: If we talk about the teachers, they are all former students of Jadavpur University, so you can easily imagine the quality and knowledge level of them. They are also helpful. Our course name is 'Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Technology'; its a 4-year course. In this 4-year course, the teachers teach us how to prepare ourselves for the industrial environment.

Other: At Jadavpur University, the social environment is very good. We have bigger playground, garden, OAT canteens, etc. The attractive thing is our pride fest, which is an emotional attachment for students.

Best college, in case of investment.

Placements: More than 80–90% of students got placed last year, with the highest package of INR 12 LPA and the average INR 7-8 LPA. Sunpharma, Caplet (core), TCS, Wipro (IT sector), etc. companies come here to hire. Nearly all students get internships.

Infrastructure: Labs and classrooms are well organized, and the departmental and central libraries have a fantastic stock of books. Free Wi-Fi and drinkwater are available on campus and in the hostel. Free health checkups are also there. There are tables and chairs in the hostel. A bed and an almirah, but there are only a few of them.

Faculty: Faculty are highly educated; they are more than friends and provide excellent study material. Yes, it makes students industry-ready. Semester questions are standard, with a minimum of 40% needed in the exam to qualify. You have to focus on the teacher's notes and some books as well.

Other: Interesting topics are in B.Pharma, but more topics are needed. Fest, sports events, and scholarships are all available.
