JLU Bhopal LLB Eligibility & Highlights 2025
Approved by BCI, LLB at JLU Bhopal is an undergraduate course offered in the field of Law. This course runs for a duration of three years. Under this programme, students get to learn about different facets of Law. Moreover, the mode of education for this programme is full-time.
JLU Bhopal LLB admissions are offered to students based on accepted entrance exam scores followed by an interview process. However, students who have scored a minimum of 50 marks in CLAT are not required to take the university's in-house entrance test, i.e., JLUET. Such students are offered direct admissions. Candidates who are offered admisison to JLU Bhopal courses must pay the prescribed fees to confirm the seat. As per the fee structure, the total tuition fee to pursue LLB is INR 1.2 lakh. Moreover, students who wish to reside in the hostels are required to pay a hostel fee.

The selection process for JLU Bhopal LLB course admissions depends on the choice of entrance exam. Students who have appeared for CLAT and have secured a minimum of 50 marks are granted direct admissions to the course. However, students who do not meet the cutoff must appear for the in-house entrance test, i.e., the Jagran LakeCity University Entrance Test. It is a centralised admission cum scholarship test. STEP 1: JLU Bhopal LLB Application Process 2025
The application process for LLB courses is conducted online. Students can follow the below steps to apply successfully:
Step 1.1: Scan, upload, and email the following documents to admission@jlu.edu.in:
- Certified copies of all mark sheets from class 10 onwards till the last completed semester/year.
- Authentic copy of the semester- or year-wise detailed course structure, scheme of teaching, and evaluation of the course of study pursued by the parent university/institution
- No Objection Certificate from the parent university/institution
Step 1.2: Visit the online admission portal at https://apply.jlu.edu.in/.
Step 1.3: Register by providing the required documents.
Step 1.4: Log in with credentials received in the email and fill out the application form.
Step 1.5: Fill out the application form and pay the fees. The JLU Bhopal LLB application fee 2025 is INR 1,100.
Step 1.6: Click on the submit button.
STEP 2: JLUET 2025
JLUET is an in-house entrance test conducted in six rounds. This test consists of four sections, namely logical reasoning, general awareness, grammar, and quantitative aptitude. Moreover, the exam is conducted in CBT mode. Students who have secured a minimum of 50 marks in CLAT are exempted from this test.
STEP 3: Interview Process
In this round, students who have shown good performance in the JULET exam are invited for a PI session. During the PI, a panel of interviewers evaluates students based on essential skills such as problem solving, critical thinking, knowledge of relevant fields, etc.
STEP 4: Admission Confirmation
Those who are allocated a seat via admission counselling must get their documents verified and pay the fees as prescribed by the institute. As per the fee structure, the total tuition fee for LLB courses is INR 1.2 lakh.

JLU Bhopal LLB seats are offered in a limited number. In order to get a seat, students are required to appear for the JLUET exam followed by the interview process. However, students who have secured a minimum of 50 marks in CLAT are offered direct admissions.

JLU Bhopal LLB placement 2024 data has not been published yet. However, the university's NIRF report 2023 is available. As per that, the median package offered to UG three-year students during the placements in 2022 stood at INR 3.6 LPA.
Moreover, as per the overall placement stats for 2023, the highest package offered during the 2023 placement drive stood at INR 14.25 LPA. Earlier, in 2021, the highest package offered stood at INR 15 LPA.
