Amazing location of the university .
Placements: 85–90% of students were placed in my course. The highest package offered was 19.5 LPA on campus and 50 LPA off campus. The lowest was 3.5 LPA, and the average was 8.5 LPA. The top companies that did mass recruitment were LTI Mindtree, Infosys, Wipro, and Cognizant. Roles offered were SDE, developers, sales jobs, etc.
Infrastructure: The facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and libraries are all good. Hostel facilities are also great. The best part is the food. The food tastes amazing. It is difficult to find good food away from home in hostels. Everything is hygienic, and canteen food is also great. Sports and outdoor games are wonderfully organised and set up. Dispensary is available 24/7, and doctors are so calm and nice.
Faculty: Faculty is great to deal with, helpful, cheering, and motivating all the students of their class in each semester. The semester exams happen three times per semester: 1st is of 15 marks, 2nd is of 25 marks, 3rd is of 35 marks, and the rest are internal marks. And the course curriculum is relevant to the course, and they make you industry-ready.
Other: The location of the college is wonderful and so quiet and peaceful.

Review of Jaypee University of information technology CSE (B.Tech).
Placements: 78% of students are placed in our course. The highest package is 9 lakh and the lowest package in my course is 7 lakh. The top recruiting companies are Wipro, Amazon, Infosys, TCS, HCL, Google, etc. 88 percent of students got internships in the course.
Infrastructure: The facility of my college is very good and the class is also clean. There is Wi-Fi facility. And the library there is very big and we have good books there. The quality of the hostel there is very good. We get proper food in the hostel. The quality of food is also good. Medical facilities are also good. Sports are also good, be it cricket or kabaddi.
Faculty: The college teachers have full qualifications, they have a lot of knowledge and they help me a lot in our studies. In my college, there is a Moksha test every week. And there are two semesters in a year. Yes, this course is relevant to students and makes them ready for the industry.

Average good private college.
Placements: Most of the students are placed in mass recruiting companies like TCS. There are not many high-end companies that come for on-campus placements. Most of the students get their placements on their own (off-campus). The highest package offered is around 45 lacs per annum which was off-campus bagged by the students’ efforts. The average package is around 4-5 lacs.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is quite decent. The labs and the classrooms are average. There are approximately 28 students in one batch. The hostel has all the basic amenities like water and power supply. Girls' hostels have in-time of 9:30 pm. The quality of food is fine, it is hygienic and healthy.
Faculty: The faculty is nice and helpful, they help you outside the classroom as well. Most of CSE faculty is knowledgeable about their course. The curriculum is as that of the other colleges of India which is more of theoretical knowledge than practical use. The difficulty level of the semester exams is average, they are not very difficult to pass.
Other: My course is Computer Science and Engineering, I have chosen this course because I wanted to pursue software engineering. This college is in a secluded area so apart from the basic requirements, for everything you have to go to either Shimla or Solan. But there is something always happening in the campus to keep the students busy.

College life at JUIT is amazing.
Placements: Around 90%+ students get placed from our university. Our university has a placement average of 7 LPA and goes up to 50 LPA, and the lowest is around 5 LPA. Google is the top recruiter, and many of other tech companies like Goldman Sachs, Ion Group, etc. Our university as such doesn't provide internship opportunities we have sought by ourselves, and around 95%+ students got internships from different mar-tech, tech, and fintech companies. Top roles offered are software developer, business analyst, and data engineer.
Infrastructure: There are several labs in our college, including physics labs, and 3 floors full of computer labs with moderate-to-high-end PC's for everyone. There is wifi at university in every corner of the campus.there are 2 libraries: one is called dhyan Kaksh, which is small and just for peace reading and one is LRC, which is 4-story library full of books. We have several classroom's and lecture halls for academic lectures and tech hackathons, etc. There are 4 hostels in our campus: 1 is for 1st year boys , one for girls and 2 for senior boys. Wifi is provided in hostels, along with LAN facility too. Mess food is very tasty and hygienic. We have a dispensary too, with 2 doctors and enough staff for first aids. Sports facilities are also very good, as there are 2 badminton courts , 1 volleyball court, 1 cricket ground and 1 basketball court and every hostel has its own gym too.
Faculty: The faculty is well educated and has numerous degrees, but some of them don't know how to teach. Some are on contractual basis and do not come in the mood to teach us. They just came to deliver the lecture and take attendance. The course curriculum is somewhat relevant, but many of the filler subjects are also added, which is a waste of time for someone who is targeting placements. Semester exams are not difficult at all. We have 3 exams: T1 for 15 marks, T2 for 25, and T3 for 35, which total 75 marks, and 25 is teacher assessment, and we just have to struggle for 30 marks in total from 100 to pass the exams, which is not difficult at all.
Other: As we all know, CSE is booming in the market, and everyone wants to be a good CSE engineer, so I chose CSE with data science assignment proficiency. I am keen to learn statistics and technology, so this course goes well for my interest. Filler subjects must be removed, and students must be taught the subjects that are really important for placements and industry. There are numerous events occurring every month in the university, like tech, culture, sports, and many more. Campus is surrounded by lush green forest, which makes it more motivating to study.

It is quite a good college .
Placements: Placements are okay. Many large companies do approach this college. Maximum students did get internships. The highest package was 80 LPA. I will say that it is a very good private college with not many requirements as marks.
Infrastructure: Food is good for mess. There is a Wi-Fi limit of 5 GB per day per student. And the infrastructure is good as well. I will say that it is quite a good college with beautiful buildings and views as it is located in mountains and is just an hour away from Shimla .
Faculty: The faculty is well educated and mostly comes from IIT. The teachers are very helpful and motivating. The exams are quite okay in terms of difficulty. The teachers are very supportive, are very inspiring and teach until each and every student understands the concepts .

Not recommended for B.Tech; placement cell is not good.
Placements: Scored 89.2 in 12th, got into CSE. The placements here are not that much good. The lowest package goes around 4.5-5 LPA. The highest this year is 50 LPA, which is also off-campus. Subjects taught are good, and the curriculum is also up to date.
Infrastructure: The labs are Wi-Fi enabled, with the latest PCs which were set up this year only. The classrooms are good too, with whiteboards and classboards. The library has three floors and is highly recommended for studying there. It's a very quiet place and is open up to midnight. The hostel rooms are quite good with a nice view, but there is no place for midnight cravings, although there are coffee and snacks vending machines and the cafeteria is open up to 11 PM.
Faculty: Most of the teachers have left the college, the ones who are here from the beginning. The faculty is not that much good. They have good knowledge, but they don't teach well. The course curriculum is up to date and exams are of moderate level. To pass the exam, 30/100 is required.
