Placements: Around 93% of students in the department of electrical engineering got placed last year. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 3.75 LPA. Recruiting companies are Tata Power, Tata Steel, JSW, TCS, etc. Almost 45-50% of students got internship opportunities. The roles offered here are mostly core job profiles, software development roles, teaching jobs, etc.

Placements: A total of 520+ campus placement offers have been received by the students, in which 467 have been placed in the year of 2023-24 with an average of 7 LPA. The highest on-campus package is 16.50 LPA, and the lowest is 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TATA Steel, Vedanta, Deloitte, Samsung, ITC, Yamaha Motors, JSW, HUL, Reliance Industries, TCS, Adani, Aditya Birla Group and many more. About 30-35 percent of students of each branch got an internship.

Placements: 60% of students got placements in the placement session. The highest package was 16.5 LPA, the lowest was 3 LPA, and the average was around 7 LPA. Vedanta, Deloitte, etc., are top recruiters. 80% got internships. For placement, you need to put in your effort and be in the top 20% of your branch.

Placements: The placements of core branches such as Electrical and Mechanical are quite good enough, and the placements of soft and lower branches are average or below average. Placements: I am from civil engineering branch and in my batch, approximately 70 percent of students have been placed every year. The top recruiting companies are JSW, Vedanta, Aditya Birla, Unacademy, etc. The highest package in this year is 13 LPA, with an average package of 6.5 LPA.

Placements: Basically in BIT Sindri, almost 70% of students are placed every year in companies. The highest salary package offered in our course is 15 LPA. The minimum salary package offered is 3 LPA. The average salary package offered is 7 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Tata Steel, Vedanta, JSL, JSW, Cognizant, Deloitte, etc. Mainly graduate engineer role is offered in our college. Almost 50% of students got internships in third year in companies like Tata Steel, Vedanta, JSL, JSW, etc.

Placements: Almost 85% of students got placed in my course. The highest salary package offered is 15.5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. The average salary package offered is 7 LPA. Placements: Students become eligible for placement from their sixth semester. Around 50 to 60 companies visit every year in our college. Around 90 percent placement rate in our college. If your target is the core sector, you should definitely join this institution. The average package was around 5 to 6 Lacs per annum.

Placements: Approximately all students got placed with a salary package of 8 LPA. The highest salary package offered is 16 LPA by Vedanta. Top recruiting companies are Tata Steel, Vedanta, JSW, JSL, and Aditya Birla Group. There are 10 branches in the college. The average salary package offered is 8 LPA.

Placements: I am a student of the Mining Engineering branch of BIT Sindri. In our branch, approximately all students are placed. The highest package of our branch is approximately 16 LPA and the lowest is approximately 8 LPA. The top recruiter of our college is Vedanta. Approximately 80 percent of students get internships in our branch.

Placements: The placements rate are very low. Believe me, only 4 to 5 students just get placed every year out of 180 students. Literally, 4 students, believe me. Hence, the placement rate is 3%. I know it is hard to believe, but it is the reality of Dumka Engineering College. And one important note is that our college does not provide any on-campus placements. They just sent 10 students to Techno India Main Salt Lake, Kolkata (as it is run by Techno India). Out of 10, only 4 got placed in each department.

Overall, our college's placement ratio is 75:100, with an average of 4 LPA, the highest being 8 LPA, and the lowest 3.5 LPA.

Placements: The college cell of the college is very active and aims to provide the best career options to the students. The GGSETC college has maintained 60% placement year after year. Placements: 85-90% of the college students were placed from the last batch. The placement score is good enough that you can expect from a state government college of Jharkhand.
