Candidates seeking admission in JSS Academy of Higher Education and Research must fulfil the eligibility and selection requirements. The selection criteria varies course-wise. Candidates consider merit in the last qualifying exam for BSc, MSc, BBA, etc. For courses such as MD, MBBS, BDS, etc., entrance exams are accepted. Hence, direct admission is not available in JSS Mysore.

1. M.Sc medical microbiology,  total fees will be around 5.70 lakh  and duration is 3 years.
2. M.Sc medical biochemistry, total fees will be around 3.52 lakh  and duration is 3 years.
3. M.Sc medical microbiology,  total fees will be around 5.77 lakh  and duration is 3 years.
4. M.Sc medical genetics and genomics, total fees will be around 4.11 lakh  and duration is 3 years.
