A campus life at Kalasalingam University.
Placements: Sixty percent of students were placed in my batch. Tata Consultancy Services, Cognizant, Tata Solar Energy, etc., are the top recruiting companies. The highest is 3.2 Lacs per annum, the lowest is 1.8 LPA, and 2.5 LPA is the average package offered. Students who scored 80% marks in schooling got scholarships.
Infrastructure: A separate department is there for my course. Three classrooms for 2nd year, 3rd year, and final-year students were allocated with a good atmosphere. There were three hostels: one for men, one for women, and one for PG students separately. Food, water, and mess facilities are good.
Faculty: Faculty members are well trained and all have completed a minimum of a Master's degree or equivalent in the relevant course. The course makes students easier to understand since it is an application-based study on real-time industry. Exams were average in difficulty. For students who fail to attend the classes, it will be a little difficult.
Other: My father owns an electronics devices sales and service company. I had an interest in pursuing an electronics course, so I preferred this course. Cultural events, sports events, fests, NCC and NSS, in-plant training, nature clubs, and other activities are additional factors considered as grade point averages.

Into the student life at Kalasalingam Academy of Research and Education.
Placements: The ECE program at Kalasalingam Academy of Research and Education is perfect for students who are looking for placement and research opportunities at minimal fee structure. The placement record is overall 90%, including all our departments. The average package offered in our course is 3.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Accenture, Capgemini, etc. Up to now, 50% of students are undergoing internships. Top roles offered in our college are VLSI Design Engineer, Embedded System, and Telecommunication Engineer.
Infrastructure: Smart classrooms equipped with projectors. There is a well-sitting arrangement with chairs and desks. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled and providing seamless data for students in classrooms and libraries, including hostels. A central library with textbooks, reference materials, and also subscriptions with IEEE for student research purposes. Our hostel is well maintained with a clean and green environment that includes A/C and non-A/C rooms. The food quality is decent but needs to improve in variety and taste.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful with their knowledge in teaching and experience. But sometimes we feel that having a large number to handle. Yes, our curriculum is relevant to the industry. 4.0 makes us ready and challenges us for the upcoming VLSI and core world. In the ECE department, there are a few subjects that are difficult to study, but our teachers make it easy with their teaching, and the pass percentage is okay.
Other: The reason I choose ECE is I'm interested in learning about the VLSI industry with good teaching knowledge at an affordable price, so I found this college. Everything in our course is better, but it still needs to interact more with core companies. In our college we have different types of clubs like NSS, NCC, Nature Club, etc. Yearly we have many events like Sparks. With this we have cultural fests like Kala Vaibhav. Our college also provides scholarships with consideration of JEE, +2 marks, and also on the basis of engineering entrance exam scores.

It is a college which has an NIRF rank of 39 without any proper reason.
Placements: I'm confused about getting placements right now. The college is bringing some companies to campus, but only 20 people are recruited till now out of 3000 students. The competition is so high as of now, so that's the reason I'm saying that getting placements is a little bit difficult.
Infrastructure: The facilities are not that good. Only freshman engineering will get a good block for a year. The labs are good, and the library is the only thing that is good on this campus. The lab equipment in the labs is not sufficient. The food in the hostel is also bad.
Faculty: In my branch, only some courses are good, and only some faculty is good. From 3 years, I didn't get any arrears or backlogs, but recently I got a backlog unnecessarily. Asking the faculty, they are saying to write it in the next semester, saying I have not submitted documents even if I submitted. They are not responding to anything.
Other: The crowd is huge, and there is no proper management of the course.

Overall, the college is good and get good placements. And infrastructure and environment are good.
Placements: In this college, 60 percent of the students can get placed, and the highest package offered in this college is 50 lacs per annum, the average package offered in this college is 5 lacs per annum, and the lowest package offered in this college is 3 lacs per annum.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure provided in this college are very good, and the environment is very pleasant. Here we have libraries, labs with fast internet connections, good classrooms, etc. And coming to hostels, the food is average, and rooms are good and provide Wi-Fi connection also. They provide free medical facilities.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful, and all are qualified teachers. The quality of teaching is good. If we have. Any problem, they respond quickly and help students. The semester exams in this college are somewhat tough, and the pass percentage of this college is 84 percent.

The college is very good for education and campus is nice.
Placements: I am confused about getting placement at the moment. The college is bringing some companies to the campus, but so far only 29 out of 2500 students have been placed. The competition is very high now, so I would say it is a little difficult to get placements.
Infrastructure: The labs are good, but some systems are not working. Due to the large student population, our college lacks systems. The classroom and labs are getting crowded year after year. The food is quite different from what I am used to. Being from Andhra Pradesh, I find the food here to be much less spicy.
Faculty: In my opinion, the teachers here are very good; they are all very helpful and supportive. The teaching method here is unique, and the course is well designed. It is easy to pass the exams in our course. Our counselors are also very good and available to help at any time. Overall, the faculty members are qualified and good.
Other: The college fee is actually value for money, and the campus is good.

Just an average engineering college .
Placements: Only a few companies regularly recruit from our college; these are Filod Ltd., SPS develops and Mapsko. The average package is 5 LPA in our college and the highest was 12 LPA last year. Internships are provided according to the skills of the students. The placement cell is very helpful here.
Infrastructure: A Wi-Fi facility is available on campus. Labs, park and auditorium halls are well maintained. Classrooms are fully ventilated here. Hostels are available for both boys and girls. All kinds of rooms are available according to the budgets of students. The food quality in the mess is good. Canteens and stores are available on campus.
Faculty: According to me, teachers are very good here; they are all very helpful and supportive. The teaching methodology is unique here and the course is well designed. Exams can be passed easily in our course. Our mentors are also very good and available to help anytime. Overall, faculty members are qualified and good.
Other: Campus is crowded.
