Placements: This course of ours provides huge accommodation of 100 per class. As of now, the government recruiting is not done since 8 years. Internships get a stipend of 15k for 6 months. And 17k for the other 6 months After completion of 4.5 years of UG course, there's a PG course called MVSC.
Placements: Firstly don't come with a hope that you can get a government job because there is more competition to get a government job. But there are job opportunities in a private sector like home visits, field vet and you can also become a clinician or also you can join in another clinic.
Placements: Every batch consists of a maximum of 80 people, out of which 15 percent is reserved for the All India Ranks and the rest for the state government and management seats. As a medical course, we aren't offered a package while doing the course, but our seniors tend to make a minimum of 50k per month depending on individual skills and further studies. Someone who has done post-graduation can earn easily up to 1 lac depending on their skill set.
Placements: Almost 90 percent got posted in the recent pass out batch. Highest salary is 70k and lowest is 45k and an average of 55k per month. Top recruiting companies are Vettic, Venkateshwara hatchery, KMF, veterinary officer under govt of karnataka. Top roles offered are veterinary surgeon, veterinary doctor, veterinary officer.
Placements: There are no campus placements offered in this course. As you become a veterinary degree holder after graduating, jobs can be procured in private clinics or by appearing for government exams. The starting pay offered can be anywhere from Rs 40,000 to Rs 80,000.
Placements: I'm a graduate of the College of Fisheries, Mangalore. About 60-70% of students get placed after graduation. The average salary varies based on the post you get after graduation, from INR 60,000 to 2,00,000. Placements: There is a placement cell in the college, but there is no use. Placement is solely depending on individuals knowledge and contacts. 5-8 companies visited the campus for campus interview last year (2017). Minimum stipend available for students is 1000, and the maximum is Rs. 3000.
Placements: I got seat via CET. I got seventy percent in PIC and four thousand rank in CET. The lowest salary offered is thirty-five thousand rupees per month, and the highest salary is according to the job. The average salary is fifty thousand rupees per month. It is the best college in Karnataka. We are offered different roles in placements.
Placements: Previously it was easy to get government jobs by doing this course, but nowadays government is not recruiting. There is a lot of scope in private sectors like the sky is the limit for veterinary. Coming to government job you can also get in Karnataka. There is need to worry study well have a bright future.
Placements: Ours, being a medical course, the placements are 100%, but there are a variety of avenues. Few have joined government hospitals as doctors, few have set up their private clinics, and 5 guys have gone to the US for PhD. A few are in the poultry industry. The salary ranges around Rs. 50,000-1 LPM. Few NGOs interviewed for placements and recruited them as veterinarians in their clinics. Placements: Placement doesn't matter in medical, hundreds of students passed out are practising abroad. Some are associate professors of medical colleges, and some have a private nursing home too. Recent pass-outs have successfully cleared NEET entrance, and successfully studying in AIIMS, BMCRI, and JIPMER.
Placements: 100% placements for all the students in government and private sectors which deal with dairy and food processing companies like ITC, Parle, Britannia, Semaga, Trimuala Foods, Heritage Foods. Students are also placed in Karnataka Milk Federation Units and in all union dairies like Kolar, Bangalore, Mumbai, Tumkur and also in all chilling centres in Karnataka.
Placements: Students get job opportunities like veterinary doctors in the government sector and other roles after this course. Students can work in private clinics with a salary package of 4 LPA. Many opportunities are provided in other sectors like dairy and slaughter-house as quality control officers.
Placements: Placements depend on government call form but you can practice in clinics, KMF, business, and private sector. Good scope is present for veterinarians in society. You will have good respect both from farmers and pet owners.
Infrastructure: We have a good Wi-Fi networks which works 24*7 days, well-equipped labarotaries classrooms are provided with good quality benches, medical facilities are not good, sports we have well maintained football basketball badminton volleyball kabbadi kho grounds. Our senior batch was having 60 students capacity from this year it is increased to 80. College is good with good staff, we have cricket, football, basketball, badminton grounds and a gym, there is a separate hostel facility for boys and girls...
Placements: Placement for jobs is called by the Government of Karnataka for veterinary doctor post. Also, we can continue higher studies by doing M.V.Sc. and by attending ICAR exam or local university exams. Also, we can get the job in the Karnataka milk federation.
Placements: Veterinary doctors have plenty of scopes in there. After completion, most of them chose to go for Masters and then PhD. But, of them who opt for jobs, have a well-paid salary ranging from 7 to 8 Lacs per annum when he/she starts. But in government. Jobs, you get the Grade A officer salary with 20-25% Non-Practising Allowance which ultimately leads to a salary ranging from 70k to 1L per month. Everyone here is getting a decent job.
