Bachelors of Business Administration - Batch of 2025
Offered by Andhra Loyola College (ALC, Vijayawada)

The greenery was very good and peaceful, along with the architecture.
Placements: My placement percentage at the college is low, which is not referable to other students. Since every student's main aim is to join the college and get placed in a good company, the placement percentage is around 25%, and the top recruiting company is Accenture.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very beautiful and pleasant. The greenery in the college is very peaceful and calming, which helps calm the minds of the students while listening to classes and studying. The food quality is somewhat lower when compared to home food.
Faculty: The faculty is very good and friendly. They clarify each and every doubt of the students, as a specific number of staff is allotted to each department. They give their full support to the students in their department, which helps the students a lot. It was difficult to procure the percentage of passes because it is an autonomous college.
Other: The Business Administration course is very helpful for students looking to start a business or for those who want to work in higher positions like HR, Accounting, etc.

Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma.) - Batch of 2025
Offered by K.V.S.R. Siddhartha College Of Pharmaceutical Sciences
4.6

Short note of KVSR Siddhartha College of Pharmaceutical Sciences.
Placements: Above 60 percent of students were placed. The average package offered is 3,00,000, and the highest package is 5,00,000. Companies recruiting for our students are Divis, Reddys, Hetero Laboratories. 70 percent got internship facilities in industries. Manufacturing and quality control roles are offered in industries for us.
Infrastructure: We have smart classrooms, a library, and Wi-Fi connection. Our library has many books from many publishers. Our hostel has a large ground where we play. We write the menu for what we need. They provide milk, snacks, tea, etc. We have a canteen that offers various food items, including samosas, fried rice, puffs, chicken Manchurian, etc. Medical facilities are good and provided by the hostel.
Faculty: Yes, our teachers are helpful to us in guiding, teaching, and they are friendly with us to share our doubts. Yes, our curriculum is relevant; it helps us to study and to join the industry. Mainly, the project we do in the last year is very important, which improves our skills. For every two months, our college conducts exams, and in between, we also have some slip tests and assignments to improve our knowledge. Our class pass percentage is 94 percent.
Other: I chose this course to research and invent new drugs and the development process. We learn how to deal with drugs and what systems need to be maintained while performing experiments. Some classrooms do not have mics, but faculty use their own mics. This should be improved. Our college conducts many festivals like Sankranthi, Christmas, Carnival, and sports fest, and many other events where we all gather and enjoy ourselves. Extracurricular activities are the same as studies, and we want to manage both.

The highest package is 20,000. They offer roles in quality control, clinical research organization, and manufacturing areas in the pharma industry.
Infrastructure: Siddhartha Academy provides hostel facilities for both boys and girls. The food quality is nice and tasty. Caretakers take care of us. The hostel provides Wi-Fi facilities. We have a playground to spend our time when we are exhausted. The hostel has a peaceful environment to spend quality time. In my college, we have different labs for different subjects like pharmacology, medicinal chemistry, organic chemistry, etc. Our labs are well-equipped with highly calibrated instruments. My college provides Wi-Fi facilities too. The library provides a lot of journals, reference books, and comic books, as well as storybooks.
Faculty: My teachers in my college have vast knowledge. The teachers in my college have 10 years of experience in the teaching field. They guide us in every aspect and give ideas for career development. We can learn from our teachers about review article writing and project work, etc. What we learn in the curriculum is very relevant to the industry. There are a total of 8 semesters, and we can easily pass the exams if we read everything mentioned in the syllabus. The pass percentage is also quite high in my college.
Other: Basically, I love the research side and playing a role in healthcare management. Pharmacy plays a major role in drug discovery and development. That’s why I chose this course. I recommend adding industrial exposure to the course, which will help students gain more knowledge. We have so many cultural fests (Sankranti Sambaralu, Annual Day Program). We invite nearby colleges to participate in the sports fest. In my college, we have an NCC committee that conducts blood donation camps in rural areas and awareness programs as well.
