It is a very good college in terms of medical college.
Placements: 1. All 250 seats were filled in my batch. 2. Since it is a medical college, there is no concept of placements. 3. No highest, lowest, or average package offered in our course. 4. However, during the internship, the stipend increases 2000 every year. For 2028 batch, it would be 26-28000 .
Infrastructure: 1. Our college has been granted an NAAC 'A+' grade and has been conferred with ISO 9001: 2015 certification. 2. The infrastructure is top-notch, with not a speck of dirt lying anywhere. 3. The Wi-Fi is quite fast, with a few exceptional days. 4. The labs and classrooms are updated and the college has all state-of-the art equipments. 5. The library is quite possibly one of the best aspects of our university, considering of the advanced facilities. It has a card-wiping technology for issue of books and different floors for UG, PG, Residents, and Doctors. 6. The girls hostel are very requisite, with AC/non-AC rooms available, with a personal bathroom and small kitchen available. 7. The boys hostel is a bit far from the University but is as nostalgic and fun. 8. The mess and canteen food is nice and affordable. 9. Our hospital offers excellent medical facilities, being free for the students. 10. Our university has 2 gyms, a basketball court, a tennis court, a volleyball and handball court, and a football/cricket arena .
Faculty: 1. Our college consists of one of the most popular physicians in the country. 2. The faculty is top-notch and are very approachable. 3. The question "why? " is entertained at our college since a lot of colleges don't focus on procuring knowledge and just teach and go. 4. Almost all students are passed on to the next year/semester, except for those with extremely low attendance. 5. The exams are neither very hard nor very easy and the pass percentage is good. 6. The course and the curriculum are quite extensive and train us to be able future doctors.

Satisfactorial experience uptill. Could work on the management and time tables.
Placements: The internships which are supposed after the fourth year are PAID unlike many other deemed institutions. Ratio of cracking competitive entrance exams after the courses are pretty good. There are multiple courses available for future education. NAAC-A+ grade.
Infrastructure: Newly developed high-tech library with more than over 5000 books excluding medical magazines, research papers etc. Campus Wi-Fi is supported with high-speed internet that works smoothly on laptops etc. Greenery of the campus is one of the calming zone in chaotic schedule.
Faculty: Teachers are very supportive. Strict follow-up is done weekly and monthly regarding the curriculum. 99% is the Average past percentage. There are multiple tests and assignments for students who fall back. There are re exams for the failed students who get another chance the very same year to nullify the academic deceleration.

An amazing college with great staff members, infrastructure, and facilities.
Placements: Strength of batch is 250 students. The college does not provide placements. The college provides internships at the hospital of the university, Krishna Hospital, and the stipend for the interns is Rs 18000 per month. Hostel and mess fees are excluded.
Infrastructure: The campus is located in the heart of karad city at very good location with nice atmosphere all around the area of 60 acres more or less. The college has modern-era infrastructure with separate buildings for various departments of dental, nursing, MBBS, physiotherapy, etc.
Faculty: The faculty members are well qualified and talented. They help us in our day-to-day postings and lectures. They provide the best teaching experience as they involve patient interaction for MBBS students. The semester exams are moderately difficult. The university exams are comparable with Muhs exams.

This is a great college life one can have.
Placements: Our medical college had 200 seats per batch. Our college provides the best internships as well as pay also. Students learn many medical procedures. The ob-gyn, orthopedic, pediatrician, ophthalmology, and neurosurgery were included.
Infrastructure: It provides Wi-Fi all over the campus, fully Wi-Fi zoned areas, high-tech laboratories, food quality was great. Students get breakfast, lunch, and dinner of good quality. People won't get bored of meals as they used to get a variety of meals. The mess will never disappoint students.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful, qualified, and help students out in every situation, and provide worksheets to every related unit which makes students remember the topic for a longer time. The passing percentage was 98-99%. As the MBBS course was not easy, so students had to work hard.
Other: I opted for MBBS, because I loved this college life. It conducts fest in February, this was the time when students used to wait for the whole year. This was the time when medical student wait was over, and they enjoy their heart out, very refreshing, great interactive sessions.

Review of Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences.
Placements: KIMS provides a great internship program, and you get to learn all the required skills that a practitioner should know. After this, students themself get confident to practice their skills anywhere. Otherwise, for higher studies, they can prepare for NEET PG.
Infrastructure: KIMS has both air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned hostels. Recently a new air-conditioned hostel has been opened which is amazing and very hygienic. The warden is quite strict, and the security is also good. Recently the campus has been renovated. The library is the best part about the campus, which I don't think any other campus can provide that.
Faculty: Teachers are highly educated and are excellent in their fields. They are always ready to help. Some of them might be a bit strict, but overall, faculty members are good. No space is vacant, and at least all of them have a minimum of 10 years of experience. Exams and practicals are held semester-wise.
Other: Most of us have chosen MBBS since childhood only as our career. It would be better if doctors get the respect they deserve. Campus life in KIMS is very good. Yearly events are held, which are around a month-long, and sports week and cultural events are entertaining.

Q:   Which entrance exam scores does KIMS accept for admission to MBBS?

    A:

    Hello Dreamers,

If you aspire or dream of getting into KIMS then you have to ace two entrance exams. You will get into your desired MBBS programme in KIMS based on the scores of the NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) and KAIET (Krishna All India Entrance Test).

The NEET is the primary medical exam for all who aspire to become a doctor and is the obligatory entrance examination for MBBS admissions across the country. Furthermore, KIMS administers the KAIET as a supplementary exam specifically for its MBBS admissions. Applicants have the option to submit applications for both exams, and the admission process will take into account the higher score between the two.

Hope this information helps and we welcome any kind of questions that may arise.

    Thank you
