Placements: The placements for our batch and our senior batch were average. The highest package offered was 6 Lacs per annum, and the lowest was 2.5 Lacs per annum. 60% of the students got placed. Airtel, Jio, Vodafone, Ericson, and Infosys visited our campus. Students were offered the posts of junior engineer. The college has a placement cell.
Placements: Placement are average. Almost 60% students were placed. The highest package was 16 Lacs and the lowest was 3bLakh per annum. Companies like max insurance, vardhman textile etc. Visited the campus and offers the role of marketing mostly. Almost 60% students get internship at the stipend of the highest 25K and the lowest 10K per month. Yes, placement cell is present here which provides students PD and English classes in extra to improve our confidence.
Placements: There is a placement cell for every concerned department, but the placement cell must work more to bring some companies so that students of our college get some opportunities in order to secure their job like the students of other good colleges do. Only 4-5% of the students got on-campus placements with the average package of 3.5 LPA. Companies like Infosys and rest other local companies visit the college. In detail, 4-5 companies visit our college. Sometimes job fairs are organised, but those a...
Placements: Placements in our college are okay. Most of the students from our batch were interested in the teaching field. So, all the students got placed in colleges as ad-hoc professors. Few students got placed in reputed companies with a nice package. Most of the job locations were in Delhi NCR.
Placements: Our college consists of many departments. For civil engineering department, the placements were average. The highest salary package offered is Rs. 6.60LPA. The overall placement percentage is around 30-40%. The company L&T visited our campus.
Placements: The placements are average on the campus. The average salary package was about four lacs per annum. Many commercial or industrial companies visit the college for the placement drive. Most of the pass out students of our college got selected in popular MNC or national companies. So, you should take admission in this college.
Placements: The institute does offer placements but the scenario is not so good. Most of the students do not get placed or does not get the desire job. The package that student got was not good enough. Very few students get placement even the big brands does't offer desired package or job here.
Placements: The placement is good. Many multinational companies and national limited companies visit the college. Last week Nestle visited for placements. Isro and Infosys also visited, the students are happy when they saw the multinational companies in the college.
Placements: Placement year was not so good. But many students got placed in on-campus off-campus job fairs because it comes under university campus and all job fairs are organised in its campus. The average salary offered 3 to 4 Lacs per annum. Good company from Chandigarh and Delhi come here.
Placements: Well, placements were just okay in my college, that was not very good and not very bad, but the main issue was that the companies used to approach were the ones with more conditions, so hardly 10% students were there of the total who were placed directly from the college.
Placements: There are not many companies that came for placement in the civil department, but 2 or 3 companies came every year for placement, like CAD centre, Ferozepur, private companies and private construction companies, etc. Other branches are good enough as compared to the civil department.
Placements: Placement are best for mechanical engineering and computer Science. Infosys is the best company for computer Science in this college. Every year placements are held. Many of students are placed. But nowadays college has lack of students so companies are not coming as compare to before.
Placements: Campus placements usually do not happen here, the top reason being the college is government owned. Even though, some senior faculty have links with local level industrialists. But even then, placement from top MNCs and Level-A companies is almost zero.
Placements: The placement record in the civil department was very bad. The number of students who got jobs is very less. Only a few numbers of students got placed, but in other departments, the number of students who got jobs is more. In computer science, the highest number of students got job opportunities, but the package was not enough for the B.Tech students.
Placements: Infosys and few small companies visited on campus placement. Rest we travelled to some on-campus placement drive to other location. Plus there were efforts in bringing TCS to the campus but could not be possible. 12-15 out of 130 who appeared in Infosys were placed.
Placements: The placements in SBSSTC are good in diploma section, students of the diploma of all the branches are mostly placed on the campus. Approximately, 90% of diploma students are placed every year, whereas, in engineering, the placements are too poor, only a few students from computers and electronics are placed on the campus.
Placements: Placement here is little less than the fair one. College use to organize job fair inside the campus but only local companies visit. If any one have will to have a job anyhow, he or she can definitely get one for sure but the package will not exceed 2 lac per annum. But in case of Textile department, Placement condition is best. None of our senior or our batch have been offered any internship from college. In civil department, only software related demand is high rather than the field work.
Placements: Before two or three years, the placements are huge in the college. The companies came to the college for giving jobs and that we called as job fair (the largest job fair in Punjab named as Ghar Rojgar), but selection rate is not good. Only a few students got selected and qualified in the final round of selection. The placement package is also not good for our department (mechanical), but for textile engineering it is good. The placement package is good, and the average package is about 4-5 LPA.
Placements: The placements of ECE branch and CSE are good. Infosys placed students on or off campus both from last three years. Infosys selected 5 to 10 students. Some other companies are also visiting the campus. The average package offered was Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 25,000 per month, but from last 2 years, lots of local company visiting for placement drive like CINIF Technology, Scope Telecom, Itronics, and much more company visiting because of Punjab government launch GGN Scheme 2017-18 (Ghar Naukri). The ave...
Placements: The placements offered are average. The highest package offered in this college to the mechanical student on off-campus is 4.5 lacs per annum only. But now in these days, the government of Punjab will originate the job fair in this college. There is a placement cell in this college.
