B.Tech. in Food Technology - Batch of 2019

This college provides good infrastructure, but placements are not fine.
Placements: There was no fixed schedule for the placements. The companies visit our campus to hire students. Internships will be provided to some students not based on the percentage, but it was only luck otherwise they had to search by themselves.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was good, but the hostel was not available on campus. The students had to take the room or hostel outside the campus. There was one canteen on campus, and the price for food was good. Some sports were also available. The students will get ayurvedic medicines.
Faculty: In this college, teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Some were teaching only for money. The course curriculum was relevant, and they make students industry-ready but lack practical knowledge. The laboratory in charge was not good. Exams were dependent only on the syllabus and it was not hard.

Mahatma Gandhi Chitrakoot Gramodaya Vishwavidyalaya is a village level university.
Placements: There are very few placements in this college. And the placements that happen would have been above 85%. A package of 1.5 to 2 Lacs is available in the placement of this college. In this college of ours, all the information about the entrepreneurial world is made available to the students while providing education for entrepreneurship development.
Infrastructure: Library Wi-Fi & Computer Classes Available Here. The boys hostel was closed and girls hostel maybe reopen after a long time due to the spread of covid- 19. Canteen facility is available in this college which provides good food. Sports in this college is of high standard. Every year on the occasion of Foundation Day, from 8 to 12 February, games are played in this college of ours and distribute trophy.
Faculty: Because Mahatma Gandhi Gramodaya Vidyalaya is a village level school. So here teachers practically provide teaching facility to the students. The professors here are practically providing teaching facilities. I didn't face any problem while studying here.
Other: I chose this course because my interest was in the business world. While doing this course, I got a lot of knowledge about the business world. I wish that in the college where smart classes are made available, then the level of education will increase further.

Overall, the college is good but there are very less placement opportunities.
Placements: Placements opportunities were less but the professor's guidance was the best. Some of our seniors secured a good package but the no. of students who got placed was less. One of our seniors secured an average salary package of 5-6 LPA. It's good for those students who are interested in pursuing a B.Tech degree as there are more chances of being placed.
Infrastructure: College building is neat and clean with greenery and plants around. Campus is big, and has all the required facilities. As the college is located at the edge of the city, there won't be any disturbance. It is peaceful.
Faculty: Faculty members were good but exams are lately conducted. Exam dates keep changing significantly. A few professors were supportive and guided us but sometimes they were busy and not available. New lecturers who joined our college are not much experienced.

B.Sc. in Maths - Batch of 2020

Not much satisfied because of lack of placements.
Placements: Generally this college doesn't give any placements opportunity for B.Sc. mathematics. It's just a base for future availability of various examinations. Students generally go for post graduation for better placements. And job opportunities .
Infrastructure: Good availability of infrastructure like laboratories like physics, chemistry, biology etc., library. Good condition of classroom better quality of furniture. Medical and academic services also provided by the campus. Food is also good.
Faculty: Teachers are really helpful and the education level provided by the teachers is also satisfactory but not for distant students only for regular student. Teachers are well qualified and full of knowledge. The level of semester exam are not too much tough it's easy to pass by doing serious study for a little time.
Other: I choose B.Sc. from mathematics because I have an interest in it and also it's opeb future opportunities for various examinations.

B.Tech. in Agricultural Engineering - Batch of 2022

Studies are good, and the campus is lush green and good, but the placements are not available.
Placements: I am a student of B.Tech agricultural engineering, 3rd year. In the final year, the university sends all students for training in places like Budhni Hisar Assam, etc., in tractor company for 60 days. No other companies come to our campus. Other courses are available in our university, like food engineering.
Infrastructure: The facilities in our university are average, and the classrooms are spacious and have good ventilation. The labs are well maintained. Wi-Fi is available for every student for study purpose. The hostel is available for girls but not for boys. Safety is the best in girls hostel, and food in the canteen is good sometimes.
Faculty: The teachers are well-qualified and good in their fields. The university offers approximately 70 to 75 courses in every field like engineering, sports, painting, PhD, B.Sc. etc. The teachers are supportive and familiar to students.
Other: I chose B.Tech agriculture because I am interested in this course. I think the university should provide more practical knowledge in every course.

Review of Mahatma Gandhi Chitrakoot Gramodaya Vishwavidyalaya - MGCGV.
Placements: Here at my university, I am offered many types of courses. But at the time of placement, it was not held in my college because my university is situated in a rural area in Chitrakoot. 60 percent of students got internships.
Infrastructure: My university infrastructure is very awesome; here is a big playground for playing cricket, football and many other games. There are very big libraries at my university. And the infrastructure—ISC-shaped buildings, many labs around here and medical facilities—are also provided by our university.
Faculty: Yes, the faculty are also very awesome and have skilled knowledge. They teach very carefully and it is easy for students to apply some things in real life. The curriculum is also very great and makes students ready to become industrialists. The exam is moderate and the pass percentage is 33 percent.
Other: I'm making my own identity in the banking and commerce sectors. So I chose this course to become a banker as a manager. Something that needs to improve the books and timetable of the classes. The scholarship of our university is not given to those general candidates who are from middle-class families.

Typically, the admission procedure for the bulk of courses begins in April and finishes in September. Nonetheless, many courses need admission via an entrance exam or counselling procedure.
