Mahatma Jyoti Rao Phoole University offers a merit based admission to its BSc programme. The BSc programme is offered at UG level lasting for three years. Candidates must qualify the BSc eligibility criteria as per the university's admission guidelines: Twelve years of school education with 48-50 % aggregate. Eligible candidates must apply on the MJRPU Jaipur's official website. 

The BSc course is offered across multiple specialisations such as Bio/MathsGroup, Chemistry, Zoology, Botany, Physics, Maths, Psychology, Geography, etc. MJRPU aslo offers BSc (Hons) in Agriculture and MBA in Agribusiness Management that lasts for four years. Also, one BSc integrated course is offered in the field Biotechnology and Microbiology.
