The tuition fee for a four-year UG course of BTech at Manipal University ranges from INR 8.1 lakh- INR 14 lakh. It includes the fee for all BTech specialisations. Those who get direct admission to second year of BTech through Later Entry programme are required to pay between INR 9.42 Lacs - INR 13.48 lakh. The tuition fee for a two-year PG course of MBA at Manipal University ranges between INR 16.5 lakh and INR 18 lakh. This amount includes components such as admission fee, caution deposit, tuition fee, etc. Candidates who pass the selection process and get admission to Manipal University are required to pay a part of this fee after the releasing of merit list to secure the admission. Also, at the time of filling the application form for MBA admissions, candidates have to pay an application fee of INR 600 on the official website of MAHE, Manipal. 

In Manipal University once fee paid will refunded based on UGC guidelines. Additionally, Application and Entrance Test fees once paid shall NOT be refunded under any circumstances.

MET application fee has to be paid online by the candidates to successfully be registered for the entrance examination. For candidates belonging to the General Category, the application fee of MET is INR 600. All candidates will have to pay the MET application fee online i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card. No other mode of payment will be accepted by the authorities.

For admission to BA in Culinary Arts at Manipal Academy of Higher Education, students require a Manipal Entrance Test (MET) score. The institute conducts this entrance examination for admission to various undergraduate courses offered at Manipal Academy of Higher Education. To appear in MET, candidates are required to pay INR 1400. Entrance examination fees are different from application fees. However, both the application fees and examination fees are non-refundable.
