MGKVP Varanasi offers a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) programme in a full-time mode. The duration of the programme is two years, divided into four semesters. The university offers this programme in three specialisations. The table below presents the admission related details of the programme:

All the students willing to apply for the MFA programme at MGKVP Varanasi should have met the basic eligibility set by the university. Further, they need to submit an application form filled with relevant information, such as personal and educational details. The step-wise application process for the course is mentioned below:

• Class 10 and Class 12 marksheets (Original and self-attested copies)
• Bachelor's degree certificate & marksheet
• Date of birth certificate
• Photo Identity proof such as like Aadhaar Card/ PAN Card 
• Original Transfer certificate (TC)
• Original Character certificate (CC)
• Migration certificate (original)
• passport size photograph (coloured)
• Anti-Ragging affidavit by both candidate and parents on Stamp paper certified by a Notary (original and one copy)
• Self-attested copy of Income and Caste certificate SC/ST/OBC)
• Self-attested copy of Disability certificate (if applicable)
• EWS certificate (if applicable)
