Placements not as promised.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful and knowledgeable, and they teach very well in a class, usually lasting around 1 hour per lecture. You get to learn a lot while you are in law school, and they also make you industry-ready by teaching all the relevant subjects that will come to use in future practice.

Just focus on your growth and you'll do great.

Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified. The total marks for each course is 100, out of which 25 is the mid-semester, 50 is the end-semester, 20 is the project, and 5 marks are for the viva of the project. In order to pass, you need a score of 50 in each course, which is very easy to get, and you can pass the course very easily.

The second-best law school in the nation.

Faculty: The course is very well drafted and gives you more practical knowledge than just summarizing a few things and writing them as they are in an exam. The exams are mostly subjective questions with an approach to thinking critically and analyzing things. Though it is easy to pass exams.

Life is sorted once you enter NALSAR.

Faculty: Exams are generally of a high standard, which also helps students learn how to prepare themselves for real-world cases and solve them, because the situations given in exams are based on real-world problems, and you'll need to either give your judgment or figure out what you would do in such a case. Most questions revolve around this concept only.

Well trained professors. Green campus.

Faculty: The teachers at this college are not just professors. They are also experienced practitioners in the field and in the courts. They bring their practical knowledge to the classroom, which makes the theory come alive and easier to understand.

National Academy of Legal Studies and Research.

Faculty: The faculty's only job here is to teach, and they do that well. Most of the faculty members are really experienced and are considered the best all over India, not just inside the premises of the college, because they have edited or written books that are studied by students all across the country.

Amazing college with awesome facilities.

Faculty: Teachers are really qualified and make the exams much easier if you listen to them in class. It has law subjects starting from the very first semester, with the Law of Torts making you familiar with law from the beginning itself, even though it is a dual degree program (B.A. LLB.).

The most inclusive college of India.

Faculty: Exams are easy to clear and you can do it just by studying a week or two before exams and even the library is open till 2 AM during that time. Teachers are helpful during the exams and also during the lectures. If you want to score excellent and maintain your batch rank, then you have to study from the beginning.

Amazing infrastructure at college.

Faculty: The course curriculum is 100% relevant as they teach you each law subject that is there, making it easy for the student to decide what to pursue and also make the students industry-ready. Semester exams are not that difficult, and almost everyone passes.

A lot of faculty/professors are leaving.

Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable and help you, but there has been a lot of faculty that has left the college and gone to NLS or Jindal Law School or other premier colleges, which is making them hire new professors who are not that experienced and good as the old professors.

Take care of your attendance.

Faculty: The teachers are helpful, but there is a very big problem with attendance here. If you do not fulfill the 75% attendance requirement, which can go down to 67% with medical leaves, you'll not be allowed to sit for that particular course and you'll fail it.

Good college but with problems in basic necessities.

Faculty: The language is a little complex, and it becomes hard to understand what the professors are teaching sometimes. But other than that, teachers are qualified and very supportive and would not mind if you ask them questions or disagree with their point of view.

Good faculty is leaving the college.

Faculty: The teachers were really qualified when I joined NALSAR when Faizan Mustafa was the Vice-Chancellor and since then it has been going downhill. The faculty which made NALSAR what it is are leaving and it is making things worse for the students every passing year.

The best law college of India.

Faculty: The semester exams are not difficult. In the first two years, the exams are closed-book since they are generally B.A. subjects but once you get into law subjects they are either open-book or you are provided with bare facts so it becomes easier to pass the exams.

The best law college of India.

Faculty: The teachers are great. In the first two years, you have to study B.A. subjects too since it is a dual degree, but after that, your course revolves only around the law course and law subjects unless you choose electives, which are focused on other things and subjects.

With a category-wise rank of 28 in Telangana for CLAT 2025, you have a very good chance of securing admission to NALSAR, especially if you belong to a reserved category; however, it's important to monitor the cut-offs as they can vary slightly each year.

With an All India ST Rank of 721, you have a good chance of getting admission to NALSAR based on your category, as the cutoff for the ST category is usually much lower than the general category, making it likely that your rank falls within the admission range for NALSAR for the ST category.
