Placements: The highest placement went to a guy from the CE department at roughly 20 lacs offered by Morgan Stanley. Amazon also took one guy for the summer internship with stipend equalling to 80,000 per month. Other than these, companies like Goldman Sachs, Infosys and TCS visit the campus every time.
Placements: The placements of my batch were quite good and better than our senior batch. Around 95% students were placed. The highest salary offered in EC was 11 lakhs and overall, it was 17 lakhs. The average salary offered was around 3.5 lakhs. Companies which visited my campus were Thorogood, Mu Sigma, DirectI, Oracle, Morgan Stanley, NXP, Nvidia, Analog Devices, ARM, etc.
Placements: The placements of our seniors were just awesome. It was too good. Generally, the students having more than 7.5-8 CPI were eligible to apply for campus placements. Overall 70%-80% students got campus interview and placement. Main companies which visited the campus placement were Safal Infrastructure, Shanti Construction company, Orbit Artisans, etc. The students were mainly offered the roles of site engineering and cast operator. The maximum stipend offered was Rs. 7,00,000. The minimum stipend o...
Placements: Nirma offers amazing placements, and the placements have got a big boost after the appointment of the new placement coordinator. During my year, we could see some new companies like Hyundai, Suzuki and Adani on campus and the previous recruiters also maintained their numbers. The roles offered were core engineering roles, very relevant to the student profile.
Placements: Nirma University is well known for getting students placed in core as well as non-core companies. Honestly speaking, the placement of my senior batch was very nice. Nearly 70% of the students were placed. Companies which visited our campus for senior batch recruitment include HUL, Galaxy Surfactants, Thermax, GSFC, GNFC, Atul, Reliance, Essar, Torrent Pharma, Alembic, Coromandel, Jubilant Life Science, etc. The highest package offered was 5.65 LPA by Galaxy Surfactants. ...
Placements: I am a part of the first batch of the programme and the placement procedure is still going on. However, the trend has been observed that companies prefer full-time students more. Several companies are upfront that they will just recruit students of full-time.
Placements: The placement of our batch was good. The highest package was 8 lpa, the lowest package was 2.4 lpa, and the average package was 3.5 lpa. The number of students placed out of 120 was 100. This college doesn't provide any facility for internship; you have to find it by yourself. Stipend was provided only to the computer science students. So if you have got good contacts, then find it yourself.
Placements: Good in placements, plus the PR of the college is good enough to bring good companies to the campus. Companies such as Microsoft, L&T, etc come every year to take best of the students. Forget the placement cell, the Institute of Nirma University is too good for newcomers too. It also helps in providing internships under best business players in the industry.
Placements: From our senior batch, 45 students had registered for placements and out of those, 42 people got placed in industries. Other people went for masters. The highest salary offered was 7.50 LPA in a core company. Other than this, salaries were higher for non-core companies. Companies that visited were Reliance, Essar, GSFC, GNFC, Thermax, HUL, Thermex, Torrent Pharma, Galaxy Surfactants, Nirma, etc.
Placements: Placements here at Nirma are very good with 100% placements happening when I passed out in 2016. The highest package offered was Rs. 18.5 LPA by Morgan Stanley. Other top companies that came to the campus were Goldman Sachs, Amazon, etc. The average package package offered was Rs. 4 LPA with most of the students getting placed in mass recruiters like TCS, Accenture, Infosys, Wipro, etc.
Placements: Nirma University is famous all over India for its teaching and placement. Lots of big to small-scale industries come for campus interviews. If you learn properly and do lots of projects then I'm very sure that you will get a job. The average salary is nearly 10 lpa. Every year, lots of companies like Intel, ARM, Broadcom, Qualcomm, TCS, Oracle, Amazon, Morgan Stanley, E-Infochip and many more come for internship and placement
Placements: Placements at Nirma University for the mechanical engineering department are satisfactory. Companies from many spheres of mechanical engineering visit the campus every year. Heavy engineering companies like L&T Power, Reliance Industries Ltd; project-based companies like Linde Engineering, Adani Ports and SEZ Ltd; automobile companies like Maruti Suzuki and Hero Motocorp; services and consulting companies like L&T Technology Services; Academic institutions like Aakash Institute and much more. Pa...
Placements: The scenario of placement is different for different branches. The CS and IT branches have the best placements with major companies like Amazon(16 lakhs CTC), Goldman Sachs (22 LPA), Morgan Stanley (16 LPA), Mu Sigma (8 LPA), Deloitte and SAP Labs, followed by mass recruiters TCS, Cognizant and Infosys (3.5 LPA each). Then comes the EC branch in terms of placements. The major companies visiting the campus for recruitments are NXP Semiconductors, Analog Devices, Freescale Semi, NVIDIA, Intel and ...
Placements: In the previous year's batch, a total of 34 students got placed from the campus out of around 60. The highest package was 16 lacs to 1 student in Amarchand and Mangalam and an average of 5 lacs was given. Companies like ELP, Wadia, RBL Bank and Mindcrest visited the campus. Every student from the college gets an internship in renowned firms in India. The stipend varies from 15,000 to nil with an average of around 5,000 as a stipend.
Placements: The result is declared soon and placements are also good. The exams are conducted timely and also because of this, almost the whole batch gets placed. Linde, L&T, Honeywell, Infosys, Cognizant, Reliance, GSFC, GNFC, GAIL and HUL are some good companies that visited the campus and offered placements.
Placements: The placements are good. As I am in the 3rd year, I know quite a lot about this. Recently on 10th August 2017, Nvidia came for the EC branch with a CTC of 10lakhs. Other companies for EC are Intel, NXP and Freescale Semiconductors, ARM Processors, etc. Apart from this, EC students can also sit for Amazon, Oracle, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Mu Sigma and other major CS companies. Amazon just recruited 3 students with a CTC of 17 lakhs, Goldman recruited 2-3 students at 22 lakhs and Morgan- 5 f...
Placements: I was working as a student placement coordinator for the year 2016-17. In our batch, more than 100 students got offers from various companies. The average package was around 3-3.5 LPA. The maximum package offered was 7.5 LPA (for electrical engineering). Recruiters include L&T, Reliance, Adani Ports, GSFC, GNFC, Essar Oil, Torrent Power, DCM Shriram, etc.
Placements: Placements are not at the level where they should be. But all in all, they are quite okay. A few big names do come. Marketing fetches good placements compared to finance. HR and operations suffer a lot in placements. Some companies turn up for internships but not for placements.
Placements: The placement in our college is good. According to our senior's, the maximum package offered is Rs. 15 Lacs and the minimum offer is Rs. 6 Lacs. Thes roles offered to the students are accounting manager, financial adviser, etc. There are a great many opportunities for the MBA students to get placements in our college.
Placements: Except for 3-5 students, the whole class got placed. HUL, Essar Oil, RIL, Jubilant, Galaxy, Surfactant, Nirma, Thermax, Maxxis Rubber, GSFC, GNFC, and Opal were the prime recruiters. Other recruiters were Coromandel, Deepak Nitrate, Aarti, etc. The highest offered salary was 7.5 LPA while the lowest was 1.8 LPA. The average package offered was 4 LPA.
