Review of NLU Lucknow (RMLNLU) - Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University.

Placements: Very few percentages were placed last year, and the highest was around 13 LPA. People are placed in networking only through individual connections. The college administration is lackluster in providing a good platform for placement companies to come and take students.

It is a perfect place for your next 5 years.

Placements: It is doing good with the due course since it is situated in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Most of the students clear the judiciary, and they do not sit for placements. With time, the trends are changing, and people are shifting towards corporate. In COVID time, the maximum salary package offered is 33 LPA.

It is one of the cheapest and the finest NLU in India.

Placements: Though the college has a fantastic placement cell from which they help students to find good opportunities around them. But the main issue is the culture of the college. Out of 100% students, only 20% sit for placements, and 80% of the students either prepare for the judiciary and other government exams. Therefore it is called a judiciary college. But if you are interested in the cooperate field this college provides you a good salary package of approximately 8 LPA - 9 LPA which is not bad to st...

Good infrastructure & facilities, average teaching quality, good college life.

Placements: Since it is a law college, most of the students aim for the judiciary. We have an excellent selection record when it comes to UPPCS-J. In terms of corporate placements, the placement is dependant on one's capability & hard work. tier 1 law firms, such as Khaitan & Co. , SAM, CAM, etc. , offers the best package of around 15 lacs per annum. The lowest packages (Rs. 3 - 6 lacs) are offered by Tier 3 law firms. The average package being around 10 lacs. Top roles offered by firms ranges from merger &...

Campus life is good and will surely meet your fairy college expectations.

Placements: Placements in RMLNLU are not at par. However, the people who are interested in corporate sector succeed in getting PPOs. Most of the crowd is interested in litigation, judicial services and civil services. Many opt for higher studies in abroad or within the country. Alumni of Dr RMLNLU have acquired significant positions in prestigious universities across the globe. It is an easy job to get internships from RMLNLU as it is ranked 7th in the country among all the law schools.

The college should focus more on improving the faculty.

Placements: The placements were not up to the mark, or not as we have expected. Mainly, the students got placements through PPOs. Companies of KPO profiles visited our campus to offer placements. The college has a placement cell, but it is not much useful. Now, it's been improving. Many students got internships from the college, but not a very handsome stipend was given.

Really good infrastructure. Placements are a major concern. Faculty and curriculum average.

Placements: The placement rate in RMLNLU is very low. A handful of our seniors got placed. Most of them got through a good law firm by their own efforts and previous internships. On-campus placement is extremely poor. We have a placement cell in the college which at times manages to get you a good internship.

Infrastructure is very good, you will get chance to explore yourself in every field you like.

Placements: This sometimes depend on personal choices and the culture of the campus. Many students from here go for higher studies, some as UPSC aspirant. Although according to current NIRF data, maiden salary from graduates here is 900000. Although culture of coorperate is not so much, reasons may be many.

The college experience has been a mixed bag. However, it provides ample opportunities to explore.

Placements: The placement opportunities are from zero to bleak. Most of the students getting placed manage it through their contacts and internships. However, recently things are looking to change for positive. As far as current placement batch is concerned, there has been no 'campus placement' or 'day zero'.

Great college with amazing infrastructure but average faculty. Compared to other NLU's is average.

Placements: The placements in this college arena't really encouraging or showing signs of growth. Students are mostly engaged in internships through their own contacts and means or are interested in the practice part of the legal field I. e. litigation. This more or less discourages people who aspire to make it in the corporate world to come here.

Apt environment for judiciary or administrative examination.

Placements: The atmosphere here is not worthy. The college event does not have a placement officer. The students here most often go for civil services examinations. This year there have been 25 students selections in UP Judiciary examination from this college.|

Dissatisfied with the placements and faculty but sufficient time provided for extracurriculars.

Placements: There weren't proper placements as such, no day zero. Some firms and companies came now and then in the year but the placement rate was not good. Similarly, for internships, only a handful of students are able to procure internships through the college. While the student body is active, there is little to no support from the staff or the administration.

A plush National Law University!

Placements: Law firms and corporate offices do visit. However, most of the recruitments are via PPOs. You can get a really good package (8+ LPA) if you diligently intern during breaks. Most of the students are public sector oriented with a fairly successful record. All in all, a good environment for placements.

It is an emerging university with a world-class infrastructure and excellent life.

Placements: There are average placements here. The highest salary package offered was 15 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was around 5 LPA. Around 40% of students get placed every year, while the rest opt for civil services or judiciary. A lot of improvement can be made about placements as mostly students obtain placements through PPOs or personal contacts.

It has an amazing library and students can make best use out of it.

Placements: Placements are not as good as the top national law universities. But the placements are improving each year. Not many people get placed on campus, but people get PPOs from their internships. A lot of people choose to not to take a job and prepare for competitive exams.

Placements: As for this course our was 1st batch so there was no facility for placements for us. We don't get any placement facility over there. They provide placements only to degree students not to diploma course student.
