• Counselling: Based on candidates' rank and preferences, candidates will be eligible for counselling rounds and can choose their preferred NLUs and programs. Seat allotment will be based on your rank and availability of seats in your preferred colleges.
• Document Verification: After allotment of seat in NLU you will need to report  the designated centre for document verification. After verification and payment of fees you will be officially admitted to the NLU.

Out of the 2024 batch at RMLNLU, 24 students were placed successfully. In the placements, 14 students each got placed in law firms, while 4 went to corporate organizations. Further, 10 students got placed in the lawyers' chambers. The average package offered in the 2024 placements was INR 9 LPA. The top recruiting companies include Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, EY, and Bharucha & Partners. However, no data is available on the number of students placed for the LLM programme in the year 2024 in RMLNLU. 

Hi Aryan CLAT Eligibility: Academic Qualification A candidate must have secured minimum marks required in 12th standard, as per the category to which s/he belongs: For Unreserved /OBC /Specially Able Persons (SAP) and other categories -A minimum of 45% marks required. For SC/ST Category -A minimum of 40% marks required.

As of my last update in January 2022, the fees for the LLM programme at National Law University (NLU) Lucknow varied based on several factors, including domicile status (Uttar Pradesh or non-Uttar Pradesh), whether the candidate falls under the reserved category (SC/ST/OBC), and other university policies.

For general category students not from Uttar Pradesh, the approximate fees for the LLM programme at NLU Lucknow ranged between INR 1,50,000 to INR 2,00,000 per annum. However, these fees are subject to change and could be higher for non-reserved categories or applicants from outside Uttar Pradesh.

Uttar Pradesh domicile students, especially those falling under reserved categories, might benefit from reduced fees due to state government subsidies or fee waivers offered by the university. The total intake for the LLM programme in RMLNLU is 31 seats. The apportioning of the seat total would ideally be so made as to leave room for accommodating different categories for admission to the University. Based on this analysis, it can be concluded that LLM has been the more popular course at NLU Lucknow in recent years, as it has consistently had more competitive ranks compared to the BA LLB (Hons) course. Additionally, there has been a declining trend in the closing ranks for LLM for General category students at NLU Lucknow over the years.

The cut-off closing rank for RMLNLU LLM in the General All-India category dropped to 277 in 2024. In comparison, the previous year's closing rank was 101 in 2023 and 108 in 2022. RMLNLU LLM CLAT Cutoff is released for every round of seat allotment. The closing rank is finalised only after the last round of counselling. The candidates should have a valid score in CLAT and meet the eligibility criteria; for this, the candidates must hold an LLB degree with at least 50% aggregate marks.
