The north Bengal University is a government university. I neither say that is best university nor the faculty giving the best effort to teach student. Fees vise it is best university because the fees of every course is very cheap. In short it is average University. I completed my graduation in 2015.
Our college is the only college in the whole dinhata town. This college has a good reputation but here students are not so passionate about studies. College’s campus is not so big. The principal of our college are very good. Nowadays politics is affecting the students as well as the teachers very much.no matter what I shall always love my college.
Placements: The college does not provide any direct placement offers but it has a good alumni network and with a little bit of hustle mixed with the good image of the college you can manage to get good placements. Along with that you can also prepare for competitive exams like judiciary and UPSC during the course which is a good job opportunity in itself.
Placements: I studied Geography Honours at Sukanta Mahavidyalaya and graduated in 2021. The course provided a solid foundation in physical and human geography, with knowledgeable faculty who were always supportive. While placements weren't a major focus for our batch, students pursued opportunities in GIS, teaching, and government jobs independent. Internships were also self-source, with roles in environment agencies, GIS labs, and research projects being popular.
Placements: Here, only 4 percent of students in the whole college are studying microbiology. The college did not provide any package or job. The college did not recruit companies. 0 percent of students got internships from my course in my college. It is totally based on the students.
Placements: I am a microbiology student. This department was too small. There are only 3 teachers. Other departments have the same situation, except for the Botany and Zoology departments. There was no placement system in this college. All systems are very poor. For this reason, students are not admitted to this college.
Placements: Our course had the maximum number of students comparing to other courses. We all have the same package. Not the companies but we choose the field after graduation like many of them are preparing for government exams. We did not have the facilities to get internships. The main role my course provide is that it is flexible and can be usable in many fields.
Placements: Hello I sonali saha student of University b. t & evening college. I complete my graduation English literature. Our college has maximum 100 sits to our English department. The package was around 5-10 thousand. We have many opportunities in our subject. The college is very helpful.
Placements: I have been in the college for 3 years and the maximum number of the college students was in our course /batch around 55%of the total College student, and the highest package of the courses of the college range from 3lakh to 3.5 Lacs. This is how we .
Placements: So basically, they don't provide placements like it's a reputed college but it doesn't provide placements cause most of the students go for medical or engineering after completing graduation as I have seen till today. It's a good college for graduation though.
Placements: 40% percent of students were placed in my course, 75% percent of students got internship from our course in the cord Siliguri times, etc. There wasn't any top company for recruiting but decent company came up there for the students and it's average for freshers.
Placements: There is No organised placement cell as such. Majority of the people don't find jobs through the College. Yes, Few may get Internships from Teachers and their Network. It's a good place to learn and explore, but apart from it. The placement is something that had to be worked on by the College immediately.
Placements: 30% is passing marks. There is no placements in our college. Top roles offered in my course is teaching. There is no internship method in college. Teachers were very good and understanding they teach very well. There is no recruiting companies in this course.
Placements: Our batch was besi comprehensive, almost 8p students there were, one of the best course in Siliguri college, this is not a professional course, you can do further M.A. in English honours as well, this college is trustable & teachers are very helpful at all.
Placements: Well, the students there are all intelligent, and some are more focused on sports as they are sports students. The college professors focus on the students to prevent them from getting poor marks and failing. Students get placements in companies like Amazon, Montana, etc.
Placements: My course is ba political science honors. In my college the highest number of students are in this course. They have not provided any package yet but we hope in near future they will No companies offered yet The percentage of students got internship is not yet declared by the college authority
Placements: I have opted for Bcom honours course. The student opting for this course was 30 in my class. The college offers a good package for students. The highest package of previous years was of around 30 lakhs per annum and lowest package of 8 lakhs per annum. The average package of our college was around 12 lakhs per annum. The top recruiting companies for our course is Amazon, wipro, reliance etc. Almost every student of our course got intership in private firms and companies like amazon boat etc.
Placements: Around 40% of students get placed in our course. The average salary package offered is 3 LPA to 6 LPA. Students in our course get placed as teachers or professors in many colleges or schools. Around 50% of students get internships at our college. Students can pursue either a bachelor's or a master's degree in our college.
Placements: There is no placement in our course. The highest package and the lowest package are not offered in our course as there is no placement. No recruiting companies are there in our course. 80-90% is the pass percentage of students for our course. No roles have been offered till date.
Placements: There is no placement in our campus. There is neither the highest nor the lowest package. No recruiting companies for our courses. 0-10 students got internships. No roles have been offered in our courses; our university is not known for its college.
