The infrastructure are available, but the placement is very poor.

Placements: The placement cell is there. Some seniors are got dietician posts in placement. Not all companies are visiting the campus it is very rare. Some students are got a job at NRDA, Nutritionist, Dietitian, Counselor etc. Some are got Icds jobs. Students got an internship from college but the stipend is not offered.

The best among all the agriculture and allied colleges of Odisha.

Placements: The placements for my senior batches are mainly in IFFCO, PPL, SAKTHI SUGARS, MOTHER DAIRY and ICRISAT. Among these mother dairy provides the best salary and facilities. Nearly about 35% students from each batch are being placed every year and rest mainly prefers higher studies.

Placement is not upto mark, but knowledge, practical exposure that you get here are amazing.

Placements: Placement was average. Maximum students were interested for higher studies. Reputed companies and organisations like Mahindra Tractors, VST, Sonalika Tractors, Pradan etc. came for placement. The highest package was 6 Lacs. The lowest package was 3 Lacs. Around 10 students got placed.

It could be better if we give our efforts for the holistic development of our alma mater.

Placements: Placement scenario is quite grim in college. Only 10-20% of the students got placed. The average salary package offered is around 3-4 LPA. Students are offered with roles like a sales manager. There is no placement cell in our college, as most colleges have. The maximum of a 6-month internship is offered to students, with a stipend of Rs. 3,000 for the entire 6 months. After the completion of course for final year students, there is no provision to get into an internship. A few companies are vis...

I am satisfied with the teaching quality, which was very useful.

Placements: There were no campus placements in our college. Hardly 1% of the students got placed. The highest salary offered was Rs.12000 per month. The college doesn't provide any placement facility. Campus placement drives were not conducted for our batch too. All the students are pursuing their higher studies. None of the students got placed from our batch until now. We all did our internships in SUM Hospital. The stipend is not offered during internships. Instead, we have to pay for it. The college is worth the money. I am extremely satisfied with the course.

Placements: Around 20 students from the batch got placed in Agri based companies like Mahindra, JohnDeere, VST, etc. About 25 students got into higher education after qualifying GATE, JRF, MBA, etc. The highest salary was offered by Tech Mahindra, i.e., Rs. 52,000 per month and the lowest salary was offered by VST, i.e., Rs. 20,000 per month. Generally, students hired for the post of area sales manager. Inplant training is mandatory for all students in their 7th semester. During this, students get an oppor...

The college is manageable. Join the college if you can afford the fee.

Placements: Placements in college are not that good. Seniors are trying for the banking sector and other companies as none of the government companies recruit. Banking and fertilizer companies are the only options for students nowadays. There are no placements in our college.

Overall, it is a good college but needs to pay more attention to infrastructure and placements.

Placements: Placements in our college are not up to the mark. But, the JRF holders are in many numbers. Students also get placements in the companies like Mother Dairy etc. Students can get a salary package of up to 6 lacs per annum. The stipend offered is not that good as per the amount of work done by graduates. It would be nearly Rs. 15,000-20,000.

The infrastructure and facilities are really good.

Placements: Since the last 3 years, students have been getting placed in both government and private sectors. About 90% of the students get jobs in various companies, and some students get placed as bank POs in some banking firms. Students also prepare for UPSC exams. The salary ranges from Rs. 40,000 to 1 lakh per month. IFFCO and NABARD regularly visit the campus for placements.

Satisfied with faculty members and their teachings.

Placements: Placement for our batch is not up to the mark. Most of our students do not prefer placements. They mostly prefer government jobs like AAOs, AHOs. Almost 5-6% of students attend for placements. The average salary package offered was Rs. 20,000-25000 per month for our batch. companies like PPL, Nagarjuna, Mother Dairy, visit our campus for placements. There is a placement cell which has failed to invite many companies. There is very little involvement of students in the cell.

The best college in eastern India.

Placements: The placement rates of the previous years are very good, but the placement rate is decreasing every year as there were more students who are competing with each other during placement drives. However, there are opportunities for students to get placed in various private and public sector firms. Students are also qualifying entrance exams like OAS, OPS, OFS, AAO, ASO, AHO, SSC, and banking, etc. Students are also scoring good ranks in all India JRF exam.

Students got placed in theses companies with an average salary package of 5 LPA. The placement cell needs to invite companies offering high salary packages.

Satisfied with the faculty. Facilities and placements can be improved.

Placements: Placements in college were pretty good, but there is little competition for jobs and opportunities. Numerous companies visit the campus and hire students. Government vacancies are also taken by our students. Companies offering internships are preferred by students, and almost 50% of students go for internships.

Placements: Every year students get placed in both the private and public sector companies such as seed companies, fertiliser manufacturing firms and food processing industries. The college has a great reputation for helping the students in getting public sector jobs. Most of the students get placed or go for JRF from our university.

Companies like PPL and Nagarjuna offered placements. Roles offered were AO and AAO. Rs. 5,000 was offered during the internship during RAWE programs.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of low placements on the campus and lack of adequate infrastructure.

Placements: A few companies such as PPL, Nagarjuna, Mother Diary, etc., visit our campus for placements. The salary offered is Rs. 35,000 per month. They don't offer new posts. Less than 10% of students get internships from college. There is no placement cell on the campus due to that many students have to prepare separately for placements.
