It's best college for education as well as enjoy college life.
Placements: There is average placement provided to the students, with companies like Kaveri Agri, Ashish Agro, Ankur Seeds, and Grow More Fertilizers participating in this placement program. The placement program has a very relaxed process and a 100% placement guarantee.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college, including labs, classrooms, and the library, is very impressive. The infrastructure can be improved, particularly with regard to the sports ground and parking. Other than that, everything else is excellent in this college. There are gardens, a gym, a canteen, a poultry, an animal house, and a sports ground also present.
Faculty: Faculty members are very supportive. The exam pass rate is 100 percent, so no one fails in the exam. Semester exams are very easy, and the passing percentage is 100 percent, so there is no tension. There are two exams in one semester: one mid-semester exam and one final exam.

Excellent college for pursuing B.Sc. Agriculture degree. Number second college in Maharashtra.
Placements: 1. Usually, students opt for higher education M.Sc
2. The number of recruiters is smaller.
3. The average number of students (4-5) are placed.
4. A direct internship is not offered to students.
5. It has lots of opportunities for jobs.
Infrastructure: 1. Hostel facilities are too good.
2. A hostel is precious.
3. There is a need for the renovation of the hostel.
4. There is a special hostel for every field.
5. There is a library present in the hostel.
6. 24 hours of running water are there.
7. Availability of newspapers and magazines in the hostel library is there.
Faculty: 1. Faculty are supportive.
2. They provide good knowledge.
3. Help students solve problems in different subjects with the help of different teachers.
4. They motivate students.
5. The semester exam is very easy.
6. Almost every student in the batch passes the exam on their very first attempt
.
Other: Agriculture is undeniably significant on a global scale as it ensures food security and economic stability for countries. I am willing to join as part of the solution faced by agriculturists.

Review of College of Agriculture, Nagpur - Dr Panjabrao Deshmukh Krishi Vidyapeeth.
Placements: The college has an average number of placements, with some local and international companies visiting our campus. Roles such as how to score good marks, how to divide and rule, and how to make life useless, along with others, are exclusively taught here.
Infrastructure: The college building is 124 years old, being one of the five first agri-colleges in all of India. However, today it is in its worst condition. Still, it has facilities such as a library, gym, forum, and some useless stuff. The college campus is spread over a large area of Nagpur, with houses of people and concrete jungles within our campus.
Faculty: The curriculum is outdated and was last updated in 1962, failing to meet current needs. Even the degree's future is uncertain. Modern skills are unlikely to be introduced into our syllabus within the next millennium. Students are not industry-ready but are prepared for hard times; they can work tirelessly, survive without eating for days, and commit to anything for marks and presentation. Semester exams only require confidence to pass, and sometimes subjects are occasionally put back to earn money, as some people apply for paper re-evaluation for ₹750 only and rechecking for ₹900 only. They don't even conduct exams for back papers; students have to wait for the semester to give exams. They also don't consider medical leave, saying, "Everyone gets dengue; we will not postpone the paper; get lost!"
Other: College life is awesome, with every event celebrated like home. Some teachers, like Dr. Rahul Wadaskar sir (Ento professor), are very awesome. We have lots of fun in college; everything is bright, but only the future is dark.

Absolutely satisfied with the college.
Placements: 1)Usually students opt for higher education M.Sc/MBA.
2) Even though the number of recruiters is smaller, notable recruiters include HDFC Bank, Mahyco Seeds, Sangeeta, Kribhco and other pesticide companies.
3) The average number of students placed is up 10 to 12, as students aren't quite interested in jobs, and another reason is that the company's salary structure doesn't meet students' expectations.
4) A direct internship is not offered to students. It was involved in the curriculum in the last year of the degree I, i.e., the RAWE program and ELM modules.
Infrastructure: 1) The infrastructure of our college is iconic and scenic. Available facilities in departments are 5G Wi-Fi, the latest instruments and equipment, and a spacious classroom with a digital Smartboard and seating capacity of 160 students.
2) There is a separate hostel for each faculty (agri-horti, forestry and B.Teach). Hostels with 5G Wi-Fi connections are well maintained, and a mess is attached to each hostel. The reading hall is available for night studies. Books, magazines and newspapers are provided to students.
3) Both indoor and outdoor games are available.
4) A quick and emergency medical facility is available.
Faculty: 1) At the campus, there are four different colleges of UG that offer four different courses: B.Sc. in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry and B.Tech. in Agri Engineering.
2) All the faculty members are well educated and qualified, with excellent teaching and explaining skills. They are always ready to help and support you in every situation.
3) B.Sc. Agri and allied Science courses make students industry-ready. But the learning ability and potential of students make a huge difference and have another level of impact.
4) Semester exams are easy, provided that students are attending classes regularly and sincerely.
Other: Agriculture is undeniably significant on a global scale as it ensures food security and economic stability for the country. Nowadays, farmers are facing a lot of challenges like climate change, drought, declining productivity, and many more. I aimed to join as a part of the solution to these challenges and resolve them to the maximum possible extent. The best thing about this course is that it doesn't let you die of hunger; it guarantees you read.

Our college teaching is good, but practical knowledge is lacking.
Placements: It was 2021, so we didn't get any placements, as it was pandemic time. But still, the college formed a social media group where they informed us about various vacancies in companies. There were 5 to 6 students placed.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was old because it's been more than 100 years since the college was built, but it had lots of space and various departments. I didn't see any Wi-Fi there, although the library was good, where you could find many books and get the daily newspaper. It had computers with internet connections. The hostel was decent, though sometimes I find water scarce. The mess food was decent.
Faculty: Teachers were good. If you attend college regularly, you will understand everything about your subject or course. The curriculum didn't make you industry-ready, and we also didn't have that many practical classes where we could have learned via practical. Semester exam difficulty depends on your studies. The passing percentage was 55 % for every subject with separate theory and practice passing and combined passing.
Other: Well, at first, it was a random choice. Now, I think the one who has an interest in agriculture should choose this course, or the one who holds land will learn more about agriculture. I think practical classes would be better. Of course, in agriculture, we will learn more practically. College students did take part in extracurricular activities, and we did have events. College fest happened once a year.

A good experience overall and a really good environment.
Placements: 1) Usually, students opt for higher education M.Sc.
2) The number of recruiters is smaller.
3) The average number of students (4-5) are placed in SEED and fertilizers.
4) A direct internship is not provided by the college but the raw and elm program last year helped shape students.
Infrastructure: 1) The college's infrastructure is good, as the building's old surrounding environment is aesthetic.
2) There is a separate hostel for each faculty but some hostels are old and buildings require renovation.
3) Leakage of water and availability of water are problems on campus.
4) On the college campus, there is a forum that provides a good environment for students to take competitive exams.
.
Faculty: 1) The faculty is good and experienced. Exams are held according to the timetable.
2) Teachers are supportive, provide good knowledge and improve the personalities of students.
3) All the faculty members are educated and experienced; they provide practical information as well.
4) Exams are held in examination hall.
Other: I wanted to solve the problems of our farmers at the base level and help small and marginal farmers increase their income.
