I am satisfied with the faculty, course curriculum, placements, good campus and good facilities.
Placements: Out of 20 students, about 30% of the students got placement. The highest salary package offered is 8 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 6 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies like ITC, Coromandel, AXIS Bank, NFCL, DCM Shriram and BASF visit our campus for placements. About 85% of the students from our course got an internship in various companies like Syngenta, Nagarjuna Dairy, NCCF, NFCL, etc. Roles like territory sales manager, assistant manager and sales officer are offered to the students. The stipend offered to the students is Rs. 5,000 per month.
Infrastructure: The campus has a well-furnished infrastructure with virtual classrooms, labs, experiments field plots, machinery and equipment. Quality of food served in the hostel is good as the students are taking the mess responsibility. The hostel rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi facility. The campus is also having PHC with an ambulance. Our college also has a huge outdoor and indoor sports complex.
Faculty: Professors in our college are very skilled at teaching. They are highly knowledgeable regarding the subject. Their teaching quality is good, and every professor is a PhD holder. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes the students ready for the industry by connecting them to the agriculture-related industries in their internships.
Other: The agriculture sector is having well R&D for the production purpose. But if there is no proper marketing and management, then it affects the agriculture industry, and there is a wide scope in this aspect, so I have chosen this course. In 2-2 semester, there should be an internship in agriculture industries which helps students ready for industry. Our college organises events like college day, freshers, farewell, cultural day, traditional day, inter-college sports, inter-university sports, NCC and NSS camps.
