The admission process for MBA at Quantum University are:

First thing : A Bachelor's degree in any field is required, with a minimum score of 50% (45% for those from SC/ST).

Next, the application form: Fill the application form online, and pay for the registration which cost Rs. 1200  
Now you will have to  pass the CAT, MAT, XAT, NMAT, or CMAT entrance exams. Perform well, since your grade matters!

And at last, for  the selection You will receive an invitation for a Group Discussion (GD) and a Personal Interview (PI) if you are selected based on your academic performance and admission exam results. Show them your capacity for leadership, critical thinking, and communication.

Absolutely Yes, thats a very good score to get into Quantum University whereas the minimum score required is 50 percent so I guess 70 percent would be easily get into score with merit acceptance.
