It is a well-known college and provides good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Almost 87% of students are placed in our college. There are no placement opportunities in our course. Our course does not provide placements like other courses such as BBA. Some companies have selected some students for small work. The top recruiting company is Tata. About 43% of students got internships in companies like Tata, Infosys, etc.
Infrastructure: Our college provides good infrastructure and facilities. Sports facilities are available in our college. Our college has lift facilities. Separate restrooms are available for boys and girls. The department is under CCTV surveillance.
Faculty: Teachers are good, helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. The course curriculum is relevant. Teachers give us projects. Our college offered us to attend seminars from top universities. Semester exams are difficult compared to other colleges. The pass percentage is 97%.
Other: I opted for this course because I want to know about politics, geopolitics, democracy, events, etc.

Review of Ravenshaw University.
Placements: I'm in the 2nd year of graduation. They do not provide any internships no company visits for placements. I haven't heard of anyone in a Bachelor of Arts course getting placed. College provides no facilities for internships or placements. A maximum of 2 or 3 students from the commerce department got placed in some companies last year. Companies like Wipro, TCS, etc. visit but very rarely, and that too with very few placements.
Infrastructure: I give it a 4-star, but we still do not have a fully Wi-Fi-equipped campus. Infrastructure is quite good for departments like political science, history, and education, but the commerce and literacy subjects departments lack proper infrastructure. It's as it is was left by the British. Labs are there for practical-based courses and library facilities are good. Mostly all books are available, the Kanika library is fully air-conditioned and open from 10 am to 9 pm. The only problem is that you cannot issue books on all days for eg. 2nd-year students can issue new books only on Monday and Thursday. The hotels are fine, the rooms are well built, and now it has a Wi-Fi facility also. The food is decent. At first, you would like it, but then get bored. There is no canteen yet, but last month they have given the order to open one so maybe in 6 months, we would have one. Games and sports like badminton, cricket, etc. are good. The college and hostel hold regular sports every year. There is a small clinic inside the campus for general medical like colds, coughs, etc. The SCB Medical College & hospital is nearby so it's good for emergency issues.
Faculty: The permanent teaching staff is very qualified from reputed Universities like DU, JNU, etc. The teachers are quite helpful but can't rely on teachers but have to do self-study. Passing in the arts subjects is no big deal. Good students can easily score good grades but in the science subjects you have to do regular and proper study otherwise you may get into trouble during the exams. The syllabus is good same as DUs. I am enjoying subjects. Semester exams are at a decent level. Some questions might be tricky but it's average. The pass mark is 40 or more out of 100 to pass the exam.
Other: There is always some kind of events or celebrations. Good facilities for extracurricular activities like dance, music, art, debates, sports, etc. They hold food fests every semester. There are no guests like those in Delhi during the fests. I am not a very outgoing person, so it doesn't bother me. If you want more exposure in the film and fashion arena is a better choice in some different colleges.

I am satisfied with our teachers and good placements.
Placements: Placements were excellent, and our friends worked hard to create new opportunities. Almost 50% of students got selected in the campus. The highest salary offered was Rs. 40,000 per month, the lowest salary offered was Rs. 25,000 per month and the average salary offered is Rs. 30,000 per month. Affordably, the salary was provided to senior and junior students by the company. There were 4 to 5 companies visited our campus, such as TCS, L&T, Infosys, ICICI, etc. The roles offered by companies to students were a supervisor and assistant manager.
Infrastructure: Our campus facilities are excellent, and every student is very comfortable to play any game and sports. There are good medical facilities. There is an excellent quality of labs and classroom. There is a Wi-Fi inside the campus, and there is a delicious canteen food. There are clean hostel rooms. I faced some of the infrastructural issues in my tenure at the college.
Faculty: There were helpful teachers. Faculty solved the students' problem quickly. Teaching quality of teachers was very high. Teaching methods were effortless, and faculty tried to understand students. It was very closely related to each other. Every student wanted to get industry exposure.
Other: Ravenshaw University campus is the best in India.

Review of Ravenshaw University.
Placements: Placements are not that important, as political science is more of a research subject than a vocational subject. But still, some students went for college recruitment drives, and few students got selected. Most of the students are pursuing higher educations in Ravenshaw and some outside the state.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. As Ravenshaw is a very old college, classes were conducted in the heritage block, which was more than 150 years old, but still well maintained. The university provides all amenities from sports to FM. The infrastructure of our college is the best among all the public-funded universities in India.
Faculty: Faculty comprised of eminent teachers of Odisha as well as India. They can be recognised as a different blend of talent in their respective subjects. Classes are held regularly according to the time tables. The curriculum followed for our subjects was of UGC standard, the same that is followed by Delhi University.
Other: The campus is spread over 87 acres, and more than 8,000 students are enrolled in the university. It has 12 hostels for both girls and boys. There is proper infrastructure for all major sports. Elections are held once in a year.
