An honest review about my college journey in Sandip University.
Placements: At least 70% of students were offered placement jobs! The highest package was up to 35 LPA for a senior role. An average of 5 LPA is offered to an average graduate! Companies like Accenture, Cognizant, and other IT firms recruit from Sandip University. The top roles offered were Senior Software Developer roles.
Infrastructure: Excellent library and classrooms are available for students with almost every facility available within the college. I cannot say much about the hostel as I haven't visited the college hostel yet! But I've come to know the hostel authorities are strict and prohibit unwanted activities! Labs, canteens, and other things are good in college!
Faculty: Teachers are absolutely helpful and kind when it comes to helping students in their careers! Semester exams are not as hard as some might think! The teachers keep you well-prepared by taking revisions and completing the course ahead of time, providing important notes for students to study, and keeping students updated on the latest technology apart from traditional studies.
Other: We were the best batch, I guess, because from our batch we have more than 3 startups already. We still have 6 more months to complete our course, and we're aiming for the highest package in our placements.

My honest review on my college .
Placements: 20% of students get placed in our college because it is private. The min package is 2 and the maximum package is 5 they offer. Top recruiting companies are Accenture, Crio, Do, etc. The roles offered by companies are software developer, and tester. Our college didn't offer internships for students; must complete internships by themselves.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is so huge, but the facilities are very less according to the fees we pay. For the hostel, we will also give an average rating, and the library has very few journals that are useful for us. The food quality of the hostel and the overall canteen is good.
Faculty: Teachers are okay; they all are PhDs, but they don't know how to teach students properly. Semester exams are not that hard. The syllabus is very easy to understand. The course we chose is good, but the knowledge we are gaining from college is not sufficient for industry.
Other: I have chosen Computer Science so that I can still touch the IT industry. There are fewer events that take place in our college. There is no scholarship scheme so that students can decrease their fees; everyone pays the same fees for courses.

I will tell you that you should not take admission because it's a waste of money.
Placements: Placement available but fewer opportunities and fewer chances to get placed, almost equal to none. Average package is 3.50 LPA. The lowest package is 2.5 LPA. Only 5 to 6 companies will be available in that college for placement. Our college offers courses: 2) MBA 3) Law.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure and development is average but not bad. They say Wi-Fi will be available in their hostel, but no Wi-Fi is available in any hostel; facilities are very cheap. And the quality of food in the canteen was so bad and not recommended. To take admission in the hostel, please make room and leave in the room.
Faculty: Faculty members are not more supportive. Teachers are knowledgeable but not like their teaching style or speaking. I don't know if it makes students industry-ready, but I will tell you about how they prepare their students well because the workshop sir teaches osm.
Other: Crowd will high as all students will take admission in this college.

Dissatisfied about the college's atmosphere and teaching method.
Placements: There are very less percent of students placed through campus placement. Many times, companies do not come. Here, you need to study maximum by yourself. Especially, work on skills development again do it by yourself. No one teaches skill development. Only theoretical knowledge is learned in college.
Infrastructure: The library for the study is very good and silent inside. The Wi-Fi works sometimes, but sometimes it does not work. Inside the college campus, there are so many canteens and the food is okay there. Hostel rooms are also good. All other facilities will be available there.
Faculty: As we know, information technology is trending currently, and that’s why I took admission in this college. But I am fully disappointed with the teaching method of the college. The end-sem exams are average, not hard or easy. Before each exam, you get the question bank for the exam.
Other: Before taking admission, you need to take feedback from students who are studying there. The fees are: FYBCA = 77,000, SYBCA = 75,000, TYBCA = 75,000.

Sandip World: No Night Life.
Placements: The percentage of students placed in Sandip University is 100 out of 30-40. The highest package offered to a student is 24 LPA. The lowest is 3 LPA. In my course, most students got internships in the 2nd and 3rd years in Edu Net Foundation and some other companies. The top roles offered in my course are junior posts in companies.
Infrastructure: Talking about facilities and infrastructure, there are modern computer labs with all facilities like Wi-Fi and good faculty. The infrastructure is very big, and the campus of Sandip University is very big and full of greenery. The college hostel is good. The hostel fee is 1 lakh per year, including mess and canteen, and the security of the hostel is very strict.
Faculty: The teaching quality was good. Teachers are helpful when students have any type of problem-related to their subject. Yes, the BCA course curriculum is relevant. Yes, they make students industry-ready. There are 4 exams in an annual year: 2 are CIA and 2 are main. The CIA exams were not tough, but the end-sem exams were very tough and difficult.
Other: I chose Sandip University because I gave MHT CET in 2023 and I was not scared, and Sandip University didn’t ask me about results. They gave you admission based on 12th. The best thing about my course is that everything is the same as computer engineering in BCA, also in 3 years. There are some events and clubs in the college area run by students. Every February, the college arranges a college fest called Sandip Utsav. Scholarships are available for students, but you have to process all things in college. The campus surroundings are very nice.

It will be better if the placements improve.
Placements: Our course is so diversified that there are not dedicated placements for BCA. We can sit in the interviews of various companies offering different roles such as software manager, web developer, data analyst, etc. The highest offered package in our course is 9-10 LPA and the lowest is 2 LPA.
Infrastructure: The facilities provides by the college are better, but for every facility, the college charges a price. For example, we have to wear a dress which is provided by the college and they charge around 5k per year for that. Other facilities includes classrooms, libraries, computer labs, Wi-Fi, etc. We can play various sports as we have a lot of space in the campus.
Faculty: I will give 3 stars to the teaching ability of the teachers. No doubt they are very experienced, but what I have experienced is that some of them are not good communicators which leads to pretty average teaching. Additionally, the course curriculum is well designed and is the best.
