Placements: As I am in the third year, and currently pursuing my degree, I am aware of the placements of my senior batch. Approximately, around 85% students from the computer engineering branch were placed in service-based companies last year. Talking about other trades, nearly 75% to 80% students were placed. Placements: The placements here are quite good as compared to rest of the colleges in the area but mostly focus on off campus. The companies like Tata-Tech and Jade Global do visit every year, but I would suggest mostly try for the off-campus drives jointly held for various colleges.

Placements: The placements for the senior batch were done by campus interview in 3 stages, i.e. aptitude test, group discussion and technical interview. Maximum 30% students were placed. The highest salary offered was 7.5 LPA, and the lowest was 2.4 LPA. TVS, Bharat Forge, Bosch, TCS, Tata Motors, John Deer, Mercedes Benz, Mahindra, etc. were the companies that visited. Placements: About placement, the college provides multiple MNC companies. If you have skills, then you will be selected in campus placements. TPO also provides company oriented skills by arranging extra courses. Technical skills also provided by teachers, and if you know that, it is an added advantage for placement.

Placements: Placement is an integral part of our institute and also provides a complete infrastructure and human resources. Also, the training activities are organised throughout the year in an effort towards preparing the students for the campus selection. The placement cell is not only an office but also a dream home for students. Overall, the placements and training of our college are focused on the development of the students.

Placements: Good placements are provided in great companies like Mercedes-Benz, Tata, Mahindra and Bosch. It provides good packages up to Rs. 5 lakhs per year. Every year, a maximum number of students are selected for the campus. It provides the training and placement facility for the students. There are good opportunities for the students.

Placements: The placements in MNC companies are quite less, but more students get placed in local companies. 1.2 lakh per annum is the lowest salary, and 4.2 lakh per annum is the highest salary package offered per student. Junior engineer level posts are given to the bachelor students by the companies. The internship facility is not much available in all colleges. The placement cell is available but not much use for the students.

Placements: Our batch is the last batch in this college. After our batch, the college became autonomous, so the placements are increased. Now in our class, 50% of the students got placed. Still, the companies are visiting the campus. At the end of the semester, probably 80% of the students will be placed.

Placements: The placements for college was awesome. In the year 2017, the highest package was 37 LPA. The companies those visiting campus for recruitment include Tata, Mahindra and Mahindra, Eaton, Thermax, Alpha Lavale, Triveni turbines for core sector and Tech Mahindra, TCS, Cognizant and much more for software students.

Placements: The placements here are average. Companies like Amazon, Bently Systems, Tata Technologies, Tata Motors, Qspider, etc. visit the campus. Last year, 83 companies visited the campus and a total of 213 students got placed out of approximately 500 students. The average salary was 2.51 LPA. The highest package was around 7 LPA.

Placements: The placements opportunity was good in the college for the mechanical branch. The companies like Mercedes, Bajaj auto, John Deer, Kirloskar, Cummins and many other big companies visit the campus. I got placed in Tech Mahindra and got the good opportunity through college. The highest package offered for my batch was Rs. 4 lakhs per annum offered by Bajaj and Mercedes. For the mechanical branch, they offer good roles in the company. Placements: The placements offered at Walchand Sangli is more than 90% for every year. It includes in the top three engineering colleges in Maharashtra. For information technology and computer science engineering, the placements offered are high as compared to the civil engineering. Placements: Placement for core branches is always good. They get an average package of 4 l.p.a. and is actually good for any fresher. Major recruiting companies include Fiat Pune, Wipro, Cognizant, BPCL, Principal Finance Group. Maximum salaries go up to 9 l.p.a. for PSU like BPCL and BVG group.

Placements: Walchand College has a very good record of placement activities. Every year, many companies visit the college and offer jobs to the students. All the branches have 90%+ placements. The number of companies visiting the college is increasing year by year. Also, the TPO puts a lot of efforts to bring different companies to our college.

Placements: The average salary is around 3 LPA. Students have been placed in private firms like TCS, Bosch, Mahindra, Bharat Forge, Kay Bouvet, etc. One of the students of mechanical engineering had secured AIR 1 in ISRO entrance exam. More than 40 students cracked the GATE exam.

Placements: The placement of the college was good in the year 2015-16 for mechanical engineering as well as other branches. Around 60% of the students got placed through campus interviews and the remaining either got a job off-campus or opted for higher studies. Placements: The placement procedure was through the Training and Placement Officer of the department. Hardly companies visited for the course of Biotechnology. But the company that visited were highly interested in the best of the best. Only a single person or two got placed through the procedure, rest managed on their own and most opted for post graduation. Most of the students who appear for the placements, get placed in any of the core company like HCC, L&T, Shahpoorji & Palanji or software companies like Infosys, TCS, IBM or Cognizant. The student has to attend training session before appearing for placements. The packages range from 3.5 LPA to 7 LPA by the core companies.

Placements: As our course is research oriented, many of the students opt for higher studies such as M.Tech, MBA or MS. Hence, a very few are left who go for a job. Almost all are placed in renowned companies with a good salary through off-campus placements. The internship is part of the curriculum, so every student is bound to do an internship of 30 days. Very few get stipend depending upon the place.
