NAAC inspection made the university make changes in it.

Placements: The college provides good placement, but it can improve the quality of the package it provides to the students. Top recruitment was around 12 LPA before the NAAC inspection, but after it, I guess the university will now bring more and more good companies to their students.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is now the most impressive thing in the university as it is focusing more on the ambiance and a home-like environment for the students. The food provided is also good in the hostel and canteens, plus the sports facilities have also been provided to the students.

Faculty: The university has one of the best faculties as they have very vast knowledge of the subject they are of. The examination system is also very good in the university as it sets its paper to a good level to test the knowledge of the students, which is better for the students themselves.

Other: The university focuses on the entertainment of the students, that's why they organize an annual fest for the students. They also organize a sports week in which all the schools of the university compete against each other in 12 different games.

Review of SGRR University.

Placements: 20% of students got placements, getting packages from 200,000 to 350,000 per annum. Once, a company arrived at our college in search of students who have Maths as a regular subject in their graduation program. The company was offering supervisor posts to students, but the salary was very low.

Infrastructure: The college provides the best education and one of the best facilities all over Dehradun. The infrastructure quality is impressive. The college provides free Wi-Fi to all the students, which has no limit to use. The classrooms and labs are neat, clean, and fully comfortable. The library is also available for students, in which the seating arrangements are very impressive with a peaceful environment.

Faculty: The ratio of faculty to students is very decent, and all the teachers are very helpful and always available for students to encourage and motivate them toward their careers and success. They also help a lot with examinations. Exams are conducted in two phases: first, internal examinations, and second, external examinations, which are the final examinations of any semester. Both exams are easy to clear.

Other: I chose this course because I always got positive reviews about the college and college faculty, and I found it true. For the growth of students, the college conducts many sports tournaments, cultural events, quiz competitions, and many more. All students enjoy it and learn many new things about our culture and many more things.

Placements: In this college, there is a high strength of students studying here. In my class, batch 2022-25, our strength is seventy-five, but ten of them have dropped the course. After completing a Bachelor in Mass Communication, there is a rare chance of getting a job, but you are still able to work with companies that offer at least eighteen to twenty thousand rupees per month. Recruitment by companies depends on your skills or interests because Mass Communication is a very vast line for making a career.

Infrastructure: No doubt, our faculty members are very polite and supportive, comparatively. They are familiar with us and always try to make us feel comfortable. However, they don't have sufficient knowledge of new media tools and technology, and the software used to work in media houses. The college infrastructure is just okay. There is a mini media lab, but Wi-Fi facility is not available.

Faculty: Our faculty members don't have sufficient knowledge of new media tools and technology, and the software used to work in media houses. Some of them explain the topics very well, but not all of them. They don't make the students industry-ready, as they don't even perform practical classes, in which we can develop our skills and build confidence to work in the field.

Placements: I'm doing my Bachelor of Nursing from Shri Guru Ram Rai University. The environment here is very good. This university provides hundred percent placement in their own hospital (Shri Mahant Indresh Hospital). The faculty members are very polite and humble.

Infrastructure: This course is one of the best courses in the medical field. There are many scopes for this course. The hostel is compulsory for nursing students as there are night shifts or late-night work to provide safety to the students. The hostel is well-maintained and near to the college.

Faculty: The faculty members of our college are very polite, gentle, and humble. They encourage us if anyone feels demotivated. There are two internal exams and one external exam in one semester in which there are MCQs, short questions, and long questions. The internals are of 25 marks, and the externals are of 75 marks.

Other: The batchmates are so friendly.

Placements: About 75% of students are placed in the college. The highest placement of the course is 12 LPA, and the lowest is 2.5 LPA. The average placement is 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Wipro, TCS, Axis Bank, Sun Pharma, etc. About 80% of students get internships during the courses.

Infrastructure: The facilities and the infrastructure of the classes and labs are good. Libraries and labs are well-connected to Wi-Fi. All the classes have good furniture. The quality of food in the canteen and mess is good. There are all types of medical facilities provided to the hostel students.

Faculty: The teachers are helpful and caring. They are well-qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is very good. The skills, activity, and internships during the courses make students industry-ready. The semester exams are moderately difficult, and the pass percentage is 33%.

Other: I chose this course as I found science interesting. I want to know more about science. The course should be more practical-based. There is an annual fest and many events organized by the college.

According to the fee structure, it is good.

Placements: My course is B.Sc. PCM and my college does not provide any placements to this course, but for other courses like B.Com and BCA it provides placements. Many companies like Swiggy visit to hire our students. The placements are provided according to the students’ skills.

Infrastructure: The facility provide by SGRR is good, they provide Wi-Fi but the quality of this Wi-Fi is not good. The classrooms are big and good. SGRR has a big library which opens at 10 am and closes at 5 pm having all the books regarding your course. The canteen is also good.

Faculty: The teachers are also good but some teachers are not. The quality of their teaching is also good because they are experienced teachers. The semester exams are easy and the students can easily pass the exams, they give 3 hours to complete the exam which is enough for the students.

Other: I chose this course because I wanted knowledge regarding this subject and want to became a teacher.
