Placements: The placement for the senior batch was good and about 70% were placed. The highest was 16 lakhs per annum and the lowest was 3 lakhs per annum. The companies such as Bosh, Wipro, TCS, Think-Care, Goibibo, Eveready etc visited last year. But to get placed easily, you should do the embedded system training.

Placements: The placements for our batch was worse than our senior batch. TCS was the major recruiter with 3.25 L per annum salary and other companies like Wells Fargo and Sony came. In the batch junior to us Dell and Infosys also came and took a few students. Overall, the placement is on a decline for past few years but the reputation of college helps student to get jobs in off-campus as well.

The College is situated in Sikkim. The position is very peaceful for studies. Yes, it’s not in a happening place but Gangtok is nearby for weekend gateways. Now faculty is okay. The campus is in a beautiful small valley of the Teesta River. The college infrastructure was good with properly equipped labs for all streams.
