Placements: More than 50% of the students were placed. The recruiting company was Infosys, LTI, Zensartechnologies, TCS. Roles offered mostly were of the associate trainee, junior software tester, junior developer. The highest salary was of infosys that is 20k. The highest package was of 2lakhs 40 thousand.
Placements: I am still in the second year, so I have practically zero experience in placements. However, our seniors got amazing placements, and they were very much satisfied with the offers. Around 50 to 60% of the students got placed with an average salary of Rs. 15,000 per month.
Placements: Major brands visit SIMSR every year for recruitment. Last year there were more than 150+ companies that came for final placements. Companies from various sectors such as IT, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Banking and Insurance visits for recruitment.
Placements: Placements were really good for our senior batch. A good number of companies visited our campus for placements, and they offered some good profiles as well. Placements in our college are 100% except for some students who opt out of the process to join their family business or start-up. Internship placements were also 100% in our college.
Placements: Decent enough. Mostly the placement is cent percent with average of 9-10 Lacs per annum. The companies are mostly branded with varied roles. The placements are similar for both work experience people and freshers. There is hardly any variation. Additionally, many jobs are PPO routed.
Placements: The placements of our college are decent. Many well-reputed companies like Microsoft, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, and Barclays, etc., have visited here. More than 80% of the students get placed from our college. Chances of getting a dream company with a salary package of 5 LPA are not that high, but around 20-30 students get placed in their dream companies. Placements: Placements in our college are pretty good this year, even if the market was down, the number of companies offering opportunities is not less. The placement committee put in all their efforts. The average salary offered was around Rs. 17,000 per month. The highest stipend offered was 1.80 LPA. Roles offered ranged from accounts to acquisition and merger to consultancy.
Placements: Placements for our senior batch were good. There are plenty of placement opportunities for finance sector with good profiles including credit risk, financial analysis and ratings. The average salary package was around 9 LPA for seniors. SIP is a little worse due to the lack of profiles to a certain extent, and it is mostly due to the overall industry level. However, profiles offered for finance branch are good including M&A financial analyst etc.
Placements: Placements in the college are average, B.Sc. IT and B.Sc. CS are seated together for the placement drives. Students must have 60% marks in order to be eligible for placements. Companies like TCS, Wipro, L&T, Tech Mahindra, Accenture, Capgemini, etc., visit the college for placements. The average salary package offered is 2-2.50 LPA.
Placements: KJ Somaiya College of Arts and Commerce doesn't provide many placement opportunities. However, the college provides an opportunity or rather guides the students to attend the interview processes in companies. The college should focus on the placements of students as it is an autonomous college, and they also guide the students in the right path.
Placements: The placement process is conducted mainly from January to March. Companies like Wipro, Infosys, Zensar, and Symphony, etc., visit the college to offer placements. The average salary package offered was around 2 LPA. A few companies do have the criteria of 60% score in academics. Placements have been improved a lot in the last two years. Overall, the placements are good, and we are hoping the best for our batch.
Placements: Summer Internship for our batch i.e 2018-2020 is going while for the seniors i.e 2017-2019 batch there was 100 % placements for summer. 17,500 Rs. / month Being average stipend for the summers for seniors while the highest being 1,54,000/ month. Placements: Companies visiting the campus offer a wide range of profiles to students. They definitely provide ample choices and opportunities which help students to explore the nature and working cultures of different organisations, and studying about them gives clarity in pursuing careers. The frequency of company visits keeps the students on toes and ready for their preparation regarding practical exposure to the respective industries.
Placements: Placements for summer internship have just started and the placement season is going well. There are more than 200 companies visiting the campus for placements. Placement reports this year are great. Placements for the senior and junior batch are going great.
Placements: This year, the placements of the college for the senior batch have been very good. Almost 80% of students who applied for placement were placed. The lowest salary package offered was 3.5 LPA, and the highest salary package offered was 11 LPA. Placements: KJSCE has provided decent placements for the 2017 batch and even better placements for 2018 and 2019 batches. The average package offered is probably around 5 LPA, the highest package offered was 10 LPA and the lowest being 2.1 LPA. But, we do need placement opportunities in the companies other than the one focusing on coding (IT). All the students irrespective of their branches have no choice but to enter IT companies unless they are offered digital marketing roles.
Placements: The average placement package is 3.5 LPA. The highest placement offered was by Google, and they selected just 1 candidate. Bulk placements were offered by Infosys and Accenture. Non-tech companies also visit the college for placements for roles like digital marketing. Microsoft also recruited 2 candidates. The highest placement is observed in IT and computer science.
Placements: The college provides good placements. The highest package offered was 15 lacs per annum, and the average package offered was 5 LPA to 6 LPA. Companies that visited the colleges were Ugam, TCS, Infosys, etc. The college provides internships to all the needy.
Placements: The placement for our batch was average since most of the students want to pursue further studies like MBA. Around 30 to 40 percent of the students got jobs in finance and insurance sectors. The highest CTC was 1.5 Lacs per annum and the lowest was 1.2 Lacs per annum. Companies like ICICI, HDFC, LIC visited the campus. Hardly twenty students went for an internship. There was no stipend offered. The students have their own placement cell which is moderately effective.
Placements: The average package offered ranges between 7.50 LPA to 9 LPA. Almost 93% of students get placed during the placement drives. Salary packages offered are between 5 LPA to 21 LPA including variables. Placements are taken care by the placement cell. Faculty coordinators and head student coordinators work tirelessly to make placements with better packages possible for most of the students.
