Placements: The college website would provide more detailed answers and accurate numbers about the placements. As far as I can recall, placements during my last year were good. According to the college website, 126 students (both UG+PG) had placement offers. The senior batch had 126 offers too. Roles offered were mostly in IT companies like Accenture, TCS, Infosys, L&T, Diebold, etc. The highest salary package offered was 7 LPA, the average was 3.54 LPA, and the lowest was 1.80 LPA. There is a placement cel...
Placements: Placements in our college were decent, ample in IT companies and less in core fields. A few non-technical companies also visited the college. The placement cell was helpful, and certain training sessions were organised. Moreover, the alumni help us a great deal. Overall, the placements were very satisfactory.
Placements: There are not much placement opportunities. 2-3 companies come for bulk hiring but the profiles were not exactly related to the course. However the companies are good MNCs so it's a good start for anyone who wants to give a try in that particular field. Companies I can remember that placed good number of students were ICICI Prudential and Wipro. Package can be somewhere around 1.5-2 lacs pa.
Placements: Placement for Computers and IT were awesome. 95% of the students in the above branches did get placed. Average salary - 3.5 LPA and top 40-50 students get around 4.5 LPA. However, the scenario in Electronics and Mechanical was okay with only 50% and 35% students getting placed respectively.
Placements: Placement opportunities were not that good because there would be a mix of BMS, B.Com, BAF, etc. The job profiles offered are also not that attractive. The main reason behind this is most of the students go for masters degree or professional courses like CA and CFA.
Placements: Every year, core placement has been a difficult task, and students opt for non-core jobs in such case, and the same was the scenario in our batch. However, you would get a job, but getting the core profile is difficult. Some good companies like Godrej, Mahindra, ThyssenKrupp, Mukund, and Bluestar visit the campus and hire the students.
Placements: One cannot expect more placements at our college. There are few firms which recruit candidates. However, the response for internships is very good. There is an internship fair which practically hires interns. One can do well and perform better in our college. There is a placement cell in our college.
Placements: Placements were overall good. There were not much placements for BMS at our time but for other streams the were good. The internship that I got from college was really good. Got to learn so much from the internship. Some of my friends even got placed from campus interview.
Placements: My batch was the first year of autonomy and the advantage was seen in the placements. Core companies like Godrej & Boyce, Daikin Air conditioning, Toyo engineering, Jacovs engineering. , Grindwell & Norton, Voltas Pvt. Ltd, Daifuku, Citizen, etc. Visited and almost 30 students got placed in core sector. Non core companies like Accenture, ZS associates, Media. NET indus valley, V phrase and many more visited and majority of students got placed. Overall it was a great year for placements. Average ...
Placements: Placements were decent for internship but many had to find from outside the campus as towards the end of the year not very good companies came to campus. At the beginning of the year companies like DE Shaw JPMC etc. Came but after January companies with almost no stipend and not so good profiles started coming.
Placements: For statistics, the placement ratio is higher followed by IT department. 50-60% students who attend the placement get selected with a minimum package of Rs. 1.95 LPA. A very few companies visit our college.
Placements: The placements for my senior batch were really good. Nearly 80 percent of the students were placed. The highest CTC was 9 Lacs per annum and the lowest being 2 Lacs per annum. Multinationals like Colgate, L& T, Godrej were a part of the placements. In my batch, almost 70 percent of the students were placed and the entire batch had undertaken internships with support from our seniors. The placement cell is very cordial and turned out to be very helpful. However, I would like to mention that most ...
Placements: The placement are good with all major IT companies coming to college. Apart from traditional IT companies big name software product companies also come to campus with great packages. Mechanical and core electronics companies also do come to college for recruitment.
Placements: The placements are decent in the college. There are many companies coming on campus. Few companies also recruit in pool campus organised in SIMSR. Most marketing students get placed in sales. Finance has a diverse profile to offer. The star attraction is the consultancy placements followed by BFSI and FMCG. Some start ups have also started recruiting recently from our campus. Very good in terms of ROI.
Placements: Good placements especially if you're in the IT field or the computer field. Mechanical people will have experiences with companies like L & T and Godrej. There's a good chance of getting a job on campus. Also, people from Mechanical field are allowed to take part in jobs involving IT background which offers as a plus for the Mechanical students.
Placements: There were good placements. The profiles which came to the college of K. J. Somaiya College of Engineering and Technology were quite good. Various companies visited the campus, and students got placed in good companies. The average package of the college was also good when compared to other colleges.
Placements: There are main course of the placement of students and teachers and students get placement of jobs and careers at our college is MBA its affiliates to AICTE and this college vanue in a smart environment area of the di results and every month patents meeting is compulsory.
Placements: Placements were good enough for students to get the exact know how. L&T infotech visited kast year for our senior batch. This year the placements arena't much better. The minimum salary offered currently is 15000. Placements were mainly focused around sales, finance and marketing related jobs.
Placements: The placements for our senior batch were almost equivalent to the previous trends although GST and demonetization troubled the economy. They were offered an average package of 9.19 LPA. A lot of PPOs were offered for our batch compared to the senior batch. The placements were better in terms of the number of companies hiring and packages but low on the usual plethora of various core companies coming at the end of Q3. The average package rose to 10.05 LPA, thus I can say placements were on a good...
Placements: Placements are decent for all specialisations. The average package is around 8-9 Lacs with companies from various sectors like FMCG, Automobile, Pharma, Consulting, Real Estate visit the campus. Almost everyone is placed with few students opting out or pursuing family business.
