Good college for Haryana students.
Placements: Percentage of students in our course is 160: 60. It is very nice. The lowest package is 2 Lacs per annum and the highest is 36 Lacs. It also depends on the way you study, how much you know your skills, your development, and your personality. Otherwise, college placement is very good.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi of this college is like 500mb per second. Very large library. There is a full separate one floor for labs. There is a smack lab and a line lab. And one conference meeting room. And with a blue and yellow theme, it looks like the Apple headquarters building. It is very nice, neat, and clean. We have to go by removing our shoes inside that floor. Thank you.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable and very expert in everything. They are very sweet and kind-hearted. We can share any type of problem with them, and they have solutions for that reason. Very good teachers should come and see yourself. They are very good quality teachers.
Other: I chose BCA because I wanted to go into the IT field, but due to some circumstances, I could? T take Science in 11th and 12th class, so I had to take arts, but art should? T cannot take B.Ed because I am not from Science, and I have to go into the IT sector, so I had to take BCA because I was not having any other option other than C.

If the course over the college is your priority, then this is the place for you.
Placements: At least 90% of students get placed; however, the placement cell is a little uncooperative, and the companies that come are subpar. The highest package is around 10-12 LPA, and the average package is about 4-5 LPA. Top recruiters include Bosch, TCS, Accenture, and many startups. Top roles offered are SDE, Front-End Developer, Data Engineer, and Data Analyst.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good, and the facilities offered include the library, Wi-Fi, and labs. There are special labs as well that have different types of systems, e.g., Lenovo ThinkPad Lab, which has i7 and i9 systems. Wi-Fi is available across the campus. Classrooms are a little crowded, and the stage area is missing; however, there are projectors and AC, so overall, classrooms are average. Hostel facilities are average, and food quality is average since the food is edible and served four times throughout the day. There is a lack of entertainment and recreational activity areas in the hostel. We do have food joints like Bunny's Kitchen and Cafe Riana, as well as a stationery shop in the hostel. Sports facilities are available: football ground, cricket pitch, basketball court, table tennis, and carrom. There is also a hospital on campus owned by the university, which has nominal fees for students.
Faculty: The faculty is average, with some members being really good. Most faculty members are highly qualified and offer good guidance. Teaching quality is good; however, they rely on traditional methods like dictating and using PPTs, which is one downside. The course curriculum is relevant and prepares students for industry standards; however, most of the effort needs to be done by the students. Exams are fairly moderate in difficulty and are conducted as per the schedule. We have two mid-sem exams and one end-semester exam. The pass percentage is 50% in both exams and attendance criteria.
Other: I chose this course due to the specialization offered: AI and Data Science, which is industry-relevant and an upcoming field. They also offer partnerships with companies like IBM and have IBM faculty as well. The course could be more intuitive and hands-on, in my opinion. We have a lot of activities on campus, including events like PRISMA, which is the college's fest. We also have sports events like SAMAVESH, a cross-university event. Apart from this, there are societies like music, dance, and literature that organize events very frequently.

In short, the college is okay if you want to study by yourself.
Placements: In BCA, only 10-20% of students get placement, while in B.Tech, 40-50% of students get placement. In campus placements, the highest package was 50 LPA in the US from the biomedical engineering department, and the lowest package is around 2.5 to 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies are IBM, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, etc. 20-30% of BCA students get internships through the college. Top roles are junior engineer, software tester, etc.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi connectivity is bad; in fact, most of the classrooms are out of reach from the Wi-Fi range. Classrooms are decent and comfortable, and the library is enough for your book needs. Hostels are good but too expensive, even going up to 3 LPA per year, and food is also decent. For medical facilities, there is a hospital on the college campus. Sports and games are also promoted; there are several grounds and courts on the college campus.
Faculty: Some teachers are supportive; otherwise, most of them are egoistic. The teaching quality is below average. Teachers are qualified, but they are full of ego and aggression towards students. The course is not in sequential order. Semester exams are not so hard, but mid-semester exams can be difficult.
Other: I want to achieve some coding knowledge but don't know that BCA is only for theory knowledge. The best thing is that it prepares students for corporate life. There should be more practical courses rather than theory, and it should start from basics. There are several events like sports events, ethnic day, Bollywood day, etc. Fests are also organized once a year. Scholarships are provided to students based on their 12th marks or scholarship exams.

Life changing place.
Placements: The placements at my university are very good. The university provides internships for students in their first and final years, and it gives graduating seniors even more opportunities. Overall, the placement cell at SRM University is the best.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the university is very nice, with a unique type of structure. The hostel is also very unique and very large, with many facilities. The classrooms are also very unique and very neat and clean, with all functions working, such as the projector, lights, and fans.
Faculty: The faculty are very good and help students a lot. The faculty are very tolerant and comfortable with all students. They are very understanding and patient. They are willing to help students learn, even if it takes a lot of time. They are very supportive and encouraging, which helps students stay motivated.
Other: I am a first-year student in the BCA program at a very popular college in Haryana. I chose BCA because I want to become a software developer. However, my parents couldn't afford to send me to a four-year college, so I chose BCA instead. I am very grateful to my parents for making this possible for me.

Good in academics but bad college life
Placements: Around 60 percent students get placement. Top recruiters are companies like Infosys , TCS. Companies like Microsoft and Google also offered placements to 2-3 students. The highest package this year was around 9.7 LPA for Btech CSE. The lowest package was 4.2 LPA.
Infrastructure: The university has very large campus which includes separate hostels for boys and girls. The university offers all the facilities including sports and gym. The university has many labs which includes physics labs chemistry lab , imac lab and all of them are up to date.
Faculty: The staff is good and well educated. They teach us well. All the lectures take place on time. The exams are not very tough. Around 80 percent students manage to pass the exams. You have to score minimum 50 percent marks in internals in order to sit in the end semester.
Other: In terms of fests and events I'll rate it 3/10.

Review of SRM University, Sonepat, Haryana.
Placements: My batch is 2022 and my course is BCA. percentage of students getting placed is very low. The lowest package offered was, I think, 3 LPA. As of my knowledge, few startups come for placement; no big companies come for placement. Talking about internship, it are not provided by the University. Talking about roles offered in my course, they are of tester, software developer, etc.
Infrastructure: There are not many facilities, but overall it is good. Talking about infrastructure, it is quite average. There are projectors in the classrooms and Wi-Fi is also available. Labs are average and classrooms are good, but I would say they should be improved.
Faculty: Some teachers are helpful, and some teachers are not helpful at all. And if I talk about teaching quality, it is quite average. The course curriculum is not up to date, and I don't think it makes the students industry ready. Semester examinations are easy. You should score 50% to pass the exam.
Other: I chose this course because I want to go into the IT sector. As a humanity's student, I can't go for B.Tech. Curriculum should be improved.
