The AILET PG 2025 registration was open until November 18, 2024, on the official AILET portal, nationallawuniversitydelhi.in. Candidates who meet the AILET 2025 LLM eligibility criteria could fill out the AILET PG 2025 registration form. Candidates who have already filled out the AILET 2025 application form but have not paid the application fee can submit the fee by November 21, 2024 (up to 2:00 PM), at nationallawuniversitydelhi.in.

Q:   When will AILET 2025 admit card be released?

A:

The AILET 2025 admit card will be released on November 27, 2024, on the official website of AILET 2025 - nationallawuniversitydelhi.in. To download the admit card, candidates need to follow the two steps mentioned below:

  1. Go to the official AILET portal - nationallawuniversitydelhi.in.
  2. Log in to your candidate account using the registered email address and password you created at the time of registration.

Once you log in, your admit card will appear on the screen. Download it as a PDF and create multiple color photocopies of this admit card to carry to the test center on the exam day.

Q:   In case I lose my AILET admit card, what should I do?

A:

AILET 2025 Admit Card is an important document and candidates must try not to misplace or lose it. Without the admit card, candidates will not be allowed to appear for the AILET Exam 2025. Even after the exam, AILET Admit Card 2025 is required for counselling and must be kept safe until whole admission process is over. However, in case the candidate looses their AILET admit card, they can visit the official website of the exam, download and reprint the document.  

Q:   Will I receive the hardcopy of the AILET admit card by post?

A:

Candidates must note that the NLU Delhi will release the AILET Admit Card online on its official website; i.e. nationallawuniversitydelhi.in. The NLU Delhi do not send anyone's admit card through post. On exam day, the candidate must without fail carry with them the admit card and a valid photo ID proof. 

Candidates should download the admit card in colour print (if black and white, then it should mention test centre details and candidates photograph clearly). Also, candidates should carry extra printouts of the admit card on exam day to be on a safer side in case they misplace it.

The All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) PG or LLM exam is a national-level law entrance exam conducted annually by the National Law University, Delhi (NLUD). It serves as the sole gateway for admission to the university's undergraduate postgraduate programme (LLM). AILET is also conducted for admission to BA LLB (Hons.) and PhD in Law courses, which are taught at NLU Delhi.

Q:   Do I need to carry photographs along with AILET 2025 admit card on the exam day?

A:

Yes, candidates should carry two stamp size photograph on the exam day along with the admit card. This photograph had to be affixed on the attendance sheet in front of the invigilator. The passport-size photograph should be the same as that uploaded during the AILET 2025 application process.  On the day of the AILET exam, candidates need to adhere to some guidelines to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.

  • Candidates must ensure carrying all the important documents and things (mentioned below) to the allotted test centre
  • Candidates should reach the exam centre at least an hour before the commencement of the exam
  • Candidates should follow all the instructions given by the exam centre authorities and invigilators
  • Candidates should not indulge in any unfair means during the exam 

Q:   What all details are mentioned on AILET Admit Card 2025?

A:

Candidates are advised to verify all the details mentioned on the admit card once it is downloaded. Any discrepancy will cause problem in verification during exam and counselling process.

Candidates should verify the following details given on the admit card:

  • Date of Birth
  • Category applied under

  • Candidate’s signature
  • Candidate’s photograph

Q:   Can I change the AILET Exam centre after release of admit card?

A:

No, the allotted exam centre cannot be changed at any stage after submission of the application form. Candidates will have to appear at the allotted test centre only. However, any incorrect detail related to the exam centre on the admit card can be reported to NLU Delhi to get it corrected.

The National Law University Delhi (NLUD) will conduct the pen-and-paper-based AILET 2025 exam on December 8, 2024 (2 pm - 4 pm). The exam will be held in 24 cities across the country. Each of these exam cities may have one or more test centres. The candidate had to select their choice of exam cities at the time of filling out the AILET 2024 application form. A maximum of THREE cities could be selected (in the order of priority). 

Q:   When will NLU Delhi release AILET 2025 admit card?

A:

The National Law University Delhi will release the AILET 2025 admit card on November 28, 2024. The admit card can be downloaded from the official website using application number and password. It must be noted that only those candidates who are eligible and have submitted the AILET Application Form 2025 on time will be issued the AILET 2025 Admit card. Candidates must note that NLU Delhi will issue the AILET Admit card online and will not send it to anyone through speed post.

AILET Eligibility Criteria 2025

The NLU Delhi will release the AILET PG 2025 registration form on August 1, 2024. All those candidates who are interested to pursue LLM programme at NLU Delhi must fill the AILET PG Entrance Exam Form 2025. To get admission to the LLM programme through AILET PG 2025, candidates will have to meet the AILET 2025 eligibility criteria related to their course. Read further to understand the AILET PG admission process 2025:

Step 1: Online AILET 2025 Registration

1. Candidates need to visit the official website of NLU Delhi - http://www.nludelhi.ac.in  or https://nationallawuniversitydelhi.in/

2. Click on 'Register to Apply Now' where you need to create a signup/ login account by providing the below-mentioned information:

  • Name 
  • E-mail Address
  • Create a Password
  • Date of Birth 
  • Mobile Number 
  • Contact Address

3. Click on confirm registration, and log in again to fill the application form as under:

Step 2: Select the law course 

  • The exam is conducted for undergraduate as well as postgraduate courses in law, therefore, candidates need to select the course they are applying for. 
  • For this candidates need to select the application form for – LLM.
  • Once, the candidates have selected the course in which they want to secure admission they need to click on the “Apply Now” button for the next step.

Step 3: Fill AILET 2025 application form

On successfully creating the AILET login account, candidates can fill the form to complete the application process of NLU Delhi admissions. Applicants will be required to fill the below-given information in the detailed application form of AILET 2025:

Step 4:  Upload Documents

Candidates need to upload their photograph and signature as per the specifications below:

Step 5: Pay the application fee

In the final step towards completing the application process, candidates have to do AILET Application Form 2025 Fee Payment as mentioned below:

Online mode - Candidates can pay the application fee using Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking option through online payment gateway. To pay the application fee, candidates have to select the mode of payment as 'Online Payment Gateway' and fill in the details of the card or net banking and proceed to pay. 

Offline mode - If candidates want to pay the application fee in offline mode then they have to select 'Cash Deposit at post office' as the mode of payment. Then they have to select their city, the nearest branch and a challan will be generated. Download it and pay the fee in cash at the selected branch within 48 hours of generating the challan. Once the fee has been paid, the updated status will reflect on the applicant's account within 72 hours.

Step 6: Application 2025 Form Submission

Once the application fee has been paid and the status for it is reflected in the applicant account, candidates have to cross-check the details entered on the form and submit it online only. Also, take printouts of the submitted application form for future reference.
