Placements: Around 50 - 60 students have been placed in my course. Package is around 1 Lacs. Top company recruiters would include Turiya, UnMa, TCS. Around 50% students have got internship opportunities. Journalists/TV presenters/marketing interns are the top roles.
Placements: Around 20% of students got placed in our college. It is very difficult to get placements. Placement chances are very low. If you did not have good grades or get an arrear, you won't get any placements in this college. Interships are easy to get. Top recruiting companies are Deloitte, Wipro, ITC, TCS, and Infosys.
Placements: Around 50% of the students got placed from our course. The average course fee is above 3 lacs. For mass communication, there were media companies from the industry, and other small and large scale companies were also visited. Mostly unpaid internships were not offered, but also there were paid internships.
Placements: The commers section were placed in quite reputed companies including ones like Deloit. However, the overall placement rate was not much impressive, considering it was the first batch. Pretty many GOT internship especially from mass com dept. Pretty many were encouraged for further studies and were even hired as professors.
Placements: Those students who were willing to do so were placed. Most of them opted for higher studies, but even then the university provides ample placement opportunities. Some of them got placed in Cognizant, TCS, and other companies as well. Overall, it rests upon how good the student is.
Placements: The college provides very good placement opportunities for almost every department. CM Mamata Banerjee has openly told all the universities in Bengal to follow St. Xavier's model. I am a student of mass communication. Our senior batch students have got good internships. Also, companies are visiting the campus for placements.
Placements: St. Xaviers University offers BMS Hons to around 150 students. It is divided into three sections. There are 50 students in each class. Top recruiting companies for our course are Deloitte, Wipro, etc. I am just a 1st-year student here, but I have heard from our seniors that the top recruiting company for our course is Deloitte.
Placements: Placements are obviously given to Master's students, but having a good CGPA can help undergraduate students to get placements. Companies working with finance, marketing come for recruitments. Internships are also provided by the college. Most of the students get placed after their degree.
Placements: Our university provides over 90% placement for our course, and 70% of students are placed. Nearly 78% of students interned with Millennium Post, Echo of India, and others. Over 45% of students get placements through campus drives, with salary packages ranging from 1.5 to 4 LPA.
Placements: 100% of students got internships in reputed institutions like CU and CDAC. Some of the companies visiting for the campus drive includes Blue Fame Labs and IIFON. Some of the roles offered in the 2024 batch includes research assistant, software developer, etc.
Placements: I am pursuing a B.A. in Mass Communication, and my expected graduation year is 2027. 89% of the students in the course were placed, with the highest package offered being 30 LPA in the field of MBA. Top recruiting companies for our course include ABP, Zee, SVF, etc. Additionally, 70% of the students secured internships from companies such as ABP, Zee, SVF, etc. The top roles offered in my course are news reporter, anchor, mass communicator, etc.
Placements: The placement opportunity at our college is so good. In the last semester, students were eligible for placement activities. Many big and reputed companies visited our college, like HCL, Dell, and Microsoft. The average package we offer is so good. The highest package is INR 16 lacs per annum; the lowest is INR 6 lacs per annum.
Placements: In our college, the placement provided by our college is so good. The placement activity that the placement package offers us is so good. The highest package is INR 16 lacs per annum. Many big companies visited our college, like Dell, HP, and Microsoft. There was 90 percent placement.
Placements: We have good placement provided by our college, and students are eligible for placement activities in the fourth semester. Many reputed companies visited our college for placement activities, such as TCS, Microsoft, HCL, and Dell. The highest package offered is INR 19 Lacs which is good.
Placements: In the selection list, there were almost 200 names but 60 percent of the students joined us. The classrooms are really spacious and teachers are really good. There is discipline. There is no such placement in B.Com but in the business school salary is almost INR 7.5 Lacs pa and the average is INR 5 Lacs. Most of the students got internships, around 70%. Top companies that offered jobs are godrej, tata etc.
Placements: The college provides placement based on academic and non-academic performance. They have various pay scales ranging on the capability of the student and the company hiring the students. More jobs are offered in sales and marketing. MBA placements are really good.
Placements: The course as we all know is vast and way different than other popular fields. This is a course which needs proper guidance, which the faculty of this university provides. But if we talk about placements, you might get disappointed a little as we are not offered or rather we do not get enough information regarding placements from this particular course in Bachelors degree.
