Terrible placements and faculty but everything else is better.

Placements: Placements are terrible in our course at our university; not many get placements. Most of the students have to look for placements by themselves. The average package of our department is 250,000, and the highest is 300,000. The top recruiting company for our course is Mankind Pharma, which is one of the only companies. Internships provided by the university are non-existent, and students here too have to look for internships by themselves. Most students here go for their own business or marketin...

Think twice before taking admission.

Placements: TIU's college placement rate for law careers is low, but about 50% of students were placed in good companies. My college also provides internships, and the top recruiters are TCS and Wipro. Most students go to court to practice law.

Average College Life, don't expect much.

Placements: Placement opportunities are not good in our college, as not many students do their diploma in private colleges with this money. As I'm still doing the course, our class does not have any placement records. However, I once heard about our seniors getting placements with packages of 1.2 LPA to 1.44 LPA. Not many companies come to our college for diploma students, but companies like Wipro and Cognizant come sometimes. Our college once provided us with an internship opportunity, but it was a paid in...

College is good for average studies and for enjoying college life.

Placements: Almost 75% of students are placed in the BBA batch. The highest package is 6 Lacs, and the lowest package is 3 Lacs in this college. The top recruiters in this college are Dettolite, PWC, TISCO, and INFOSYS. Almost 80% of students get internships from the college. Top roles in the course are HR MANAGER, etc.

The college is good for students who want to enjoy their college life.

Placements: The students of the college are placed at many big companies; the maximum package offered is 35 lacs in B.Tech and 7 lacs in BBA. The top recruiters are TCS, TISCO, CAPGEMINI, etc. The college provides internship facilities to students and helps them get an internship.

Infrastructures are really good.

Placements: Now, I am in my last semester. I regret to inform you that nobody in my batch was placed or awarded a free internship. The unfortunate placement record is not up to the mark as expected. From the 5th semester onwards, students are eligible for placement. Till now, only TCS and Wipro came for placement, but there is no hope of getting a placement in these companies with a BCA degree.

It is a good college but I would not recommend students to join this college.

Placements: Due to covid, many students did not placed in our course. The highest salary package offered ranges from 15 LPA to 20 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 2.5 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Byjus, Amazon, etc. Many students got internships in our college, and the stipend is also low.

Above average infrastructure and good placement.

Placements: From last few years, Techno India University is trying to make their placement system better. Last year, above 80% of students in the batch got placed with more than 9 lakhs of package. Those package are not only from India, but also from other countries too.

Our college is not worthy.

Placements: Placements are fine for CSE but no other branches get placements. Companies like Microsoft come but hire as tele caller. Other companies like Virtusa and many more startup companies come to hire. Hiring rounds and interview rounds are tough.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of the high fees and facilities but placements were good at my time.

Placements: Placement was almost 90+% this year. The highest package was around 13 LPA, lowest was around 1.5 LPA and the average is 4 LPA. Many companies come here but the top recruiting companies are mostly MNCs such as Wipro. Accenture, TCS, etc. Some companies came and didn't even select a single student in 3 times like DeltaX and Naggaro. Internships provided are about 50%.

I am not satisfied with its placements in core field, and the teaching methodology of teachers.

Placements: Around 80-85% of students are placed. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA on-campusing, and off-campusing ranges between 25 LPA to 30 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is around 3.5 LPA. The top recruiting companies are TCS, Cognizant, Wipro, Godrej, and L&T. Almost 10% of students get internships. The field that is selected has the same work, and they have to do regarding the options that they choose.

The campus is small. Teachers generally speak Bengali.

Placements: No placements. Few students get placed in the IT sector. Package will be around 20 to 40 thousand per month. Small recruiters visit. Every branch student fills the form for the IT sector in campus placement. All college students from nearby colleges also come and the competition rises.

It's a average college but I faced lots of problems .

Placements: There are 0 percent student placed in my course. We got no job offer in my course. Basically in mechanical department the condition is pathetic but in other trade there are average placement in IT or computer Science department. Basically if you want to take admission in computer Science it's one of the best college in Kolkata.

For admission, you can get better options than this college.

Placements: Placements are quite average, and 40% of the students got placed with not so overwhelming salary packages. The campus is visited by top-notch companies like Philips General Electric, etc. Most of us got internships in CESC, TCS, and other places.

TIU is a new university and has a lot of places to get better.

Placements: We were the first batch of the university, at the time of admission they guaranteed 100% placements, which seems absurd but at the end of the course at most 6-7 students got placed out of 43 students. The highest pack offered was like 3.2 L by IBM, all of the offer were pool campus with other colleges.

Placements: Almost 80% of students from our course get placements in college placements. I don't know about other courses, but this college is known for the CSE department. Our college location actually belongs to the IT sector, so many companies visited this college.

The college is decent enough, with good placements and faculty members.

Placements: The placements are good enough, like 50 to 70%. The highest package offered is 24 LPA, and the lowest package is 6 to 7 Lacs per annum. There are many companies in WB. Many top companies offered internships.

It is an average college with average placements and average infrastructure.

Placements: Placements are very average pre-Covid-19 because about 70% of the students were placed in service-based companies, including TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, etc. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the premier institutes of the country are struggling to make their students get placed, so our college is also struggling. So, the number of placements are not guaranteed at all.
