It is possible to join Telangana University without TSICET for some courses, but most of the courses offered by TU require qualifying TSICET. Telangana University provides B.Ed in respective faculties of Computer Science, Law, and Education, and the admission is based on performance in TS EDCET. Therefore, it is not possible to join B.Ed course at Telangana University without qualifying TS EDCET.
