Placements: TSAS has a special department for placements, which conducts various placement drives for on-campus placement. Around 40-45% of the students get successfully placed at this college. The average package offered at this college was 3-5 LPA. Top recruiting companies include Mahindra, TCS, Deloitte, Accenture, KPMG, etc.

Placements: Approximately 60% of students were placed in top corporates related to the sector of environment and ESG in 2023. The highest package offered is 15 LPA, while the lowest is approximately 8–9 LPA. Top recruiting companies include Wipro, Deloitte, and TATA Consultancy. Almost 100% of students got placed for internships for their minor projects in 2023, mostly in NGOs and startups. The top roles offered include ESG specialists, climate change consultants, and analysts.

The institute provides a diverse range of programs in sustainable development, environmental studies, and resource management and has established a solid reputation for producing highly skilled professionals.
